热带风暴经常侵袭这座小岛，这里年平均降水量为4220毫米，日最大降水量257毫米，最大风速为49米/秒。
不仅是马德岛，油气管道很多地段的气候、地形都十分复杂，地质灾害严重。
管道穿越马德岛两大海沟，翻越若开山以及伊洛瓦底江、米坦格河等多条河流，还有长距离的海沟定向穿越，施工难度极大，被称为是管道建设史上难度最大的工程之一。
美国管道建设专家、环球公司副总裁巴斯特·格雷两次深入现场踏勘后曾表示：“在世界范围内，没有一个团队能在3年内完成管道建设任务。
”记者此前曾数次探访油气管道项目。
在若开山的崇山峻岭、缅北的曼德勒掸邦高原，施工队伍奋力拼搏。
缅甸当地设备和材料的稀缺状况超出了预想，有时一点沙子也只能等着从国内过来。
此外，严重的民族和宗教冲突都给施工带来影响。
在各种恶劣条件下，建设者们克服了安全形势严峻、自然环境恶劣、社会依托匮乏等困难，按期完成管道建设。
汪东进对记者说：“中缅油气管道凝聚了多国建设者的辛勤汗水，他们创造了奇迹。
”改变当地民生和基建在皎漂分输站，一位叫昂敏的老人对记者说：“我们都盼着通气呢，一些天然气送到附近的发电厂，皎漂就有电了。
”昂敏所说的“一些天然气”，是指管道运营后，缅甸将在境内每年下载不超过200万吨原油和20亿立方米天然气。

January 20163M™ Acrylic Plus Tape Series EX4500 Technical Data Sheet 3M™ Acrylic Plus Tape Series EX4500 is a series of deep black, double-coatedacrylic foam tapes designed for the attachment of automotive exterior trimparts – without the use of adhesion promoter. 3M series EX4500 tapes offer an advanced adhesive system – on both sides of the product – that adheres well to traditional, medium surface energy, and scratch- and mar-resistant automotive paint and polymer systems. 本标准为典型管道系统应用ECDA方法提供指导。
1.1.2 颁布此标准是为操作员根据特定管线情况制定方法提供灵活性。
1.1.3 ECDA是一个不断发展的方法。
通过成功应用，ECDA可以识别并处理已经发生、正在发生、和将要发生腐蚀的部位。
1.1.3.1 ECDA优越性在于能确定缺陷将在哪里形成，而不只是确定已存在缺陷的位置。
1.1.3.2 成功应用ECDA的结果用于评价ECDA有效性，同时也意味提高管道完整性的置信度。
1.1.4 开发ECDA方法是为了提高管线安全性，其主要目的是防止未来出现的外部腐蚀损伤。
1.1.4.1 本标准认为外部腐蚀是一种可评估的危险。
用它来建立一个基准，并依此来评价那些目前外部腐蚀尚不构成明显危险的管道，其今后的腐蚀。
1.1.5 本标准中描述的ECDA特别适用于处理陆上的、埋地的和钢制的管道。
1.1.6 ECDA应用也可包括，但不局限于，评价管线附件的外部腐蚀，如：1.1.6.1 用其它检测方法（如ILI或压力试验）不能检测的。
1.1.6.2 已用其它控制未来腐蚀的监测方法检测过的。
1.1.6.3 已用其它用来建立再评价时间间隔的检测方法检测过的。
1.1.6.4从未用以控制未来腐蚀为主要目的的其它检测方法检测过的。
