Q：Endogamy--- it is the idea that marriage should take place with someone inside our group. Exogamy-- it is the opposite,- marriage should take place with someone from outside of our group;
Z：group ? what is the definition of group ?could you give me some examples ?
N：yes any individual belongs to many different groups, racial groups, national groups, socioeconomic groups, religious groups.
L：yes I think I have got it Endogamy is someone should get marry with the people inside their group ,such as the same racial the same nation or the same religions
Z：Exogamy the couples are in different race or different nationality.
Q：Yes are right, as we all know the most important things before get married is selecting a marriage partner, do you know how people select their marriage partner?
N：as far as I know there are two ways to select their marriage partner, the first case is called arrange marriage, in this marriage ,the family restrict or controls the choice of marriage partner Q：yes! Anyone who can take a added about the arrange marriage?
L：yes! Arranged marriage are found in cultures in which the extended family is common (family made up by parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren, even aunts and uncles). In extended family, marriage is a family affair and individuals are expected to conform to the overall wishes of the group.
Q：good! What is the other way to select their marriage partner?
Z：Love marriage---people have a great deal of freedom in deciding who they’ll marry.
However the notion that marry in what is private decision between two people is not a traditional idea and my marriage is a Love marriage

G:Ok ,let’s get started ……today we’re going to be looking at a really interesting phenomenon language ,slang ,now I will ask somebody to answer my question S1 do you know what is slang ? S1:Isn’t it basically kind of casual talk ?
G: yes and anyone who can you say a bit more ?
S2: you know the sort of words we use with friends …in relaxed situation

S3: we can say that slang is language that’s found only in the very informal speech of particular group of people .
G: very good ! slang is a kind of casual talk and it can it can help to identify the communities ,the group of people ,who use it .why people us slang ?
S1: a lot of slang comes from not wanting to be understood by outsiders , people outside your circle .
S2: yes ,in other words , people exploit slang to give the group identity , by making their language exclusive ,or at least private .
S3: as you said above this private language ,they can tease one another , enjoy shared experience ,and keep everyone else at a distance.
G: oh yes ,we can say slang reflects the experiences ,beliefs , values of its speakers .as we all know slangs are popular in our college and they think use slangs is very cool ,do you know why ? S1:first ,it’s cool because it’s in style ,in fashion .using current slang shows that the speaker is in tune with the time … you know ,that he or she know what’s in fashion and is p art of that fashion . S2:slang is cool in the sense of showing that the speaker is knowledgeable ，the speaker is“in the know ”,the speaker knows when slang is acceptable.
S3:another way slang’s cool is that it’s fun ;it’s very creative in the same way tha t poetry is ,and it’s often humorous .in other words , it’s a form of play ,a way of entertaining .
