word篇修改定稿基础知识概述：word是文字处理软件，主要用于编辑与排版。

1、启动与退出启动：方法一：双击桌面上面的word文档图标。

方法二：开始—程序---office word –单击打开。

退出：方法一：单击文件菜单—退出命令。

方法二：ALT+F42、界面组成标题栏、菜单栏、工具栏（移动工具、显示/隐藏工具栏：视图—工具栏、文本区、标尽、滚动条、状态栏）一、基本操作：1、文本输入S hift+ctrl 各种输入法的切换 ctrl+空格键：中英文输入法切换En 英文输入法 capslk大小写转换键数字：numlock灯亮，数字键有效键盘上面的符号：shift+符号键盘上面没有符号：插入—符号，选择所用的符号，插入，关闭。

输入法上面的软键盘：右击选择所需的软键盘，插入符号。

2、文本的选择（1）连续多个字符：鼠标左键拖动。

（2）一行：光标移动行首的空白处，指针变成箭头单击。

（3）一段落：光标移动行首的空白处，指针变成箭头拖动至段末。

（4）全部选定：编辑—全选（ctrl+a）3、文本的删除、移动、复制：删除：选定要删除的文字，按del键。

移动：选定要移动的文字，编辑菜单中的剪切命令，鼠标移到目的地单击，点击编辑菜单中的粘贴命令。

移动：ctrl+X 粘贴：ctrl+V 复制：选定要移动的文字，编辑菜单中的复制命令，鼠标移到目的地单击，点击编辑菜单中的粘贴命令。

复制：ctrl+c 粘贴：ctrl+v4、撤销与恢复：编辑菜单中的撤销键入命令（ctrl+Z）恢复：工具栏中的恢复命令。

（保存退出以后，此恢复不能用）一、文件操作：1、新建文件：文件—新建（工具栏新建命令）2、保存文件：文件—保存（工具栏保存命令）3、打开文件：文件—打开（工具栏打开命令）4、关闭文档：文件—关闭。

5、另存为：文件---另存为，弹出对话框，设置保存的路径，输入要保存名字，保存。

6、文档切换：alt+tab,鼠标点击切换文档。

二、页面设置方法：单击文件，找到页面设置，弹出对话框。
