title “My teacher”

and the picture, let

Ss predict what kind

of teacher the article

will talk about.

Let Ss practice reading

strategies:according to the

title and the picture given to

predict the main idea of the

passage. To help Ss learn to

use the reading

strategies to

understand the text.

1. Ask Ss quickly to go

through the passage and

check the prediction.

2. Ask Ss to find some

information to answer
