采矿工程M ining engineering甘肃某含金硫化铜矿石浮选试验研究黄建芬,黄国贤(西北矿冶研究院,甘肃 白银 730900)摘 要:针对甘肃某含金硫化铜矿石黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿等硫铁矿含量较高、难以有效抑制等特点,采用一段磨矿、一次粗选、两次扫选、两次精选流程,药剂制度以石灰和焦亚硫酸钠作硫铁矿抑制剂,丁基黄药为捕收剂,J31为捕收起泡剂,在较低pH值条件下实现了对矿石中铜、金的高效回收。
闭路试验获得铜精矿铜品位22.18%,铜回收率92.57%;金品位7.75g/t,金回收率80.41%。
关键词:某含金硫化铜矿石;硫铁矿抑制剂;J31捕收起泡剂;铜回收率;金回收率中图分类号:TD923;TD952 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1002-5065(2020)20-0052-3Experimental Study on Flotation of a Gold Bearing Copper Sulfide OreHUANG Jian-Fen, HUANG Guo-Xian(Northwest Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, Baiyin 730900,China)Abstract: In view of the high content of pyrite and pyrrhotite in a gold bearing copper sulfide ore in Gansu Province,the flowsheet of of one stage grinding,one roughing,two sweeping and two concentrating were adopted.The reagent system was:Lime and sodium pyrosulfite are used as pyrite inhibitors,butyl xanthate as collector and J31 as acapturingand foaming agents.Under the condition of low pH value, copper and gold in the ore can be recovered efficiently. The copper concentrate contains 18.13% copper and 4.87 g/t gold, and the recovery rates of copper and gold are 69.88% and 52.17% respectively.Keywords: a gold bearing copper sulfide ore;pyrite inhibitors;J31 acapturingand foaming agents;copper recovery;gold recovery甘肃某含金硫化铜矿石,黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿含量较高,采用常规的高碱工艺进行浮选难以有效抑制,铜、金矿物与硫铁矿分选效果不佳,尤其是金的回收率较低。
