Ⅰ. Material analysis
The main activities in this class are 1a, 2a and 3. Through Wang
Junfeng and Jane talking about school supplies in the classroom, with the
help of pictures and objects, guide students to master the expression of
identifying objects, asking and answering word spelling, such as: "What's
this / that in English? It's a / an... How do you spell it? Can you spell it,
please? And learn the differences between demonstrative pronouns this /
that, article a / an, and the dialogue to express request expression. In
addition, this lesson will provide exercises for writing rules such as
capital letters and punctuation in English sentences.

Step 2 Pre – listening

times;
Then ask, “How do you spell it?”(老师解释:你怎样拼写它?)Teach
the sentence for several times;
Spell it, “D-E-S-K, desk” and let students follow the teacher for one time;
2. Ask students to practice the sentences: “What’s this in English?”

1. Listen to 1a and finish 1b.
2. Check answer together.
3. Read 1a together after the tape.
Step 4 Post- listening Work in group.
