历史渊源History明代《天工开物》载曰：“古书名锡为贺者”，故贺州“以临贺产锡最盛而得名”。
自汉武帝元鼎六年（公元前111年）始置临贺县治，至今已有2000多年历史。
八步区贺街镇内至今仍保存完好的五代南汉城墙属国内罕见。
临贺县至三国吴黄武五年（公元226年）始置临贺郡，至隋开皇九年改置贺州。
贺州因地处湘粤桂交界处，自古就是中原与岭南经济往来的商业重镇，也是湘粤桂文化交流的岭南边城，还是“海上丝绸之路”黄金路段的中枢城廊。
当历史进入二十一世纪，贺州古城重焕青春。
2002年11月经国务院批准，撤销贺州地区(原梧州地区)，成立地级贺州市，辖八步区、钟山县、富川瑶族自治县和昭平县。

公司员工持股计划和管理层股权激励方案现在股东同意公司将发行最多1,764,706股期权（占完全稀释后公司总股本的15%）给管理团队。
公司员工持股计划将在投资完成前实施。
所有授予管理团队的期权和员工通过持股计划所获得的期权都必须在3年内每月按比例兑现，并按照获得期权时的公允市场价格执行。

湖北省商务厅2017年3月14日湖北省商务厅关于产业招商的指导意见产业招商是符合产业集群发展规律的定向招商、裂变招商和集约招商。
以产业招商为抓手，促进专业化分工和产业配套，强化产业链各环节间的联系，推动产业内部联动，形成倍增效应，对提商招商引资质量和水平，深化供给侧结构性改革，构建现代化产业体系具有十分重要的意义。
现根据我省实际，就开展产业招商工作提出如下指导意见:一、产业招商指导思想。
全面贯彻落实省委十届八次全会暨全省经济工作会议精神，进一步加大招商引资工作力度，坚持产业招商与全面对外开放相结合，与发挥我省产业优势相结合，与加快创新驱动相结合，积极抢抓国内外产业转移机遇，以产业园区为主要载体，聚焦重点目标区域、目标产业和目标企业，围绕做大做强产业链开展招商引资，把产业招商作为创新招商引资方式方法，推动产业转型升级，提高招商引资实效的突破口，实现招商引资新跨越。
二、产业招商目标任务。
把实施产业招商作为当前和今后一个时期招商引资的主要抓手，按照产业发展规划统筹谋划、突出重点、强力推进，力争经过3至5年的努力，加快引进一批符合地方产业发展方向和区域功能定位的项目，以产业链延伸为目标，打造各具特色的产业集群，实现引进一个，集聚一群，带动一片。
