Task部分融合了听、说、读、写、练五部分,体现了英语工具性和人文性相结合的特点,但是在教学实际中,教师也遇到了一些新的困惑。

每个单元由七个部分组成(Welcome to the unit, Reading,Word power, Grammar and usage, Task, Project, Self-assessment),Task板块是从语言输入逐步过渡到综合能力输出的过程,相对于其他板块,它对学生的能力要求更高。
但是在教学实际中,新的课程理念和新的教材也给教师带来了一些新的困惑。
每个单元的Task板块都设置了一个与本单元话题有关的任务,一个任务分三步走,每个小任务前还有一个技能训练或指导,是新课程标准倡导的“任务型”教学模式的体现。
例如,模块七第一单元Task1:Listening for problems and causes.在复习完问题与原因的常用表达方式以后,听两个录音,进一步增强对这些表达的理解和运用。
Task2 Discussing in groups.让学生规范提建议,征询观点,赞同与反对,得出结论的表达方式,要求学生彼此讨论,进一步陈述对建议的认识,并口述简短的建议书。
Task3:Writing a proposal.复习英语基本句型,让学生看一则建议书,理解简单的句型,通过不同的排列组合可以产生强大的语言效果,即建议书的有效性。

Discuss what you read on the previous page, briefly discuss the questions below and then decide on a topic for your report. Have it approved by your teacher.What do you think are the biggest environmental problems in China?The topic for your report will be ___________________________.● Discuss the tasks listed below and decide which group members will be responsible for each task. Write the names beside the work each member is going to do. (Remember, two or three people can work on the same task!)Research __________________________________________________Write the outline ____________________________________________Write the report ____________________________________________Preparing●Members responsible for doing research need to find information from various sources on thetopic you have chosen.
