中英文对照的专利下载方法
具体操作步骤如下：
1、在SooPAT专利搜索网站（/）中“中国专利”搜索框中输入想要检索的专利文献信息（‘全称’、‘关键字’均可）。

2、进入搜索结果列表，点击需要的专利，进入专利信息界面。

注：一般申请人为国外机构的或者国内大型机构的专利申请才可能会有对应的英文专利！
3、浏览专利信息表中“国际公布”一栏是否有代号信息，若有，则找到WO开头的代号，如WO2006/068284；若没有，则该专利一般没有对应的英文版。

4、若所搜专利的信息表中“国际公布”一栏有WO开头的代号，则此时首先在
SooPAT网站中下载该专利的中文版。

注：需注册SooPAT网站的账号才可下载！
5、进入欧洲专利局网站，点击“Smart
search”，输入步骤3中的“search”，跳转页面。

6、点击专利名称，进入下一页面，在“Also published as”一栏中会说明该专利都在哪些国家申请过，CN代表中国，US代表美国，EP代表欧洲，JP代表日本，KR代表韩国，点击EP或US可得到英语版本。

7、点击“Download”，输入验证码，即可免费下载所搜专利的英文版。

8、也可以在美国专利局网站（网址：/）搜索对应专利的英文版。

Google Patents的功能介绍摘要Goolge Patents是S系统之外的重要的专利文献检索工具，作者基于Goolge Patents的推出到两次更新，对其专利浏览页面进行了详细的介绍，并且分析了全文检索、翻译、“查找前案”以及资源整合等四项功能，希望对审查员或其他专利工作者在使用Goolge Patents时有一定的帮助。

关键词Goolge Patents；检索；翻译；查找前案；资源整合前言Goolge Patents是Google在2006年12月14日发布的一项新的搜索服务，发布伊始，其涵盖了美国专利商标局（USPTO）登记的700多万件专利（可追溯到1790年），Google在其博客上还表示，该服务把莱特兄弟、爱迪生等历史性专利也收录其中1。

审查员对某个专利申请进行检索的目的是要获取该申请的相关现有技术，而现有技术是指在申请日（有优先权日的，指优先权日）以前在国内外出版物上公开发表、在国内外公开使用或以其他形式为公众所知的技术，因此，尽管上述700多万件的美国专利是现有技术的重要组成部分，但对于审查员或其他专利工作者而言，单纯的美国专利是远远不够的。

许多专利工作者都对Goolge Patents仅限于搜索美国的专利有所抱怨，并急切期待其能进一步扩大收录范围2，3，然而，这种情况在很长一段时间内并未得到改善。

直到2012年8月14日，Goolge Patents才对其收录范围进行第一次的更新，宣布收录欧洲专利局（EPO）的数百万篇专利4；2013年9月17日，进行第二次的收录更新，收录了中国、德国、加拿大和世界知识产权组织（WIPO）的专利5。

其中，EPO和WIPO的专利可追溯到1978年，中国专利则可追溯到中国第一件专利申请“可变光学滤波实时假彩色显示的方法和装置”（申请号CN85100001A）。

Google还在其博客中表示，如果你想了解一个中国的双驱动自行车，一个德国的充气自行车的阀门，附上一个加拿大的自行车拖车，或者阅读关于脚蹬的WIPO申请，这些，以及数百万篇其他发明现已在Goolge Patents5。

专利检索专利检索在没有商业数据库的情况下可以利用免费的公网进行检索，通常可以直接在各国专利局/知识产权局的官网上进行检索，但是，由于一些官方网站速度较慢，并不方便专利检索，因此可以利用一些免费的网络数据库进行专利检索。

通常在国内比较好用的是SOOPAT和CBIPR两个专利检索系统，下面简单介绍一下这两个常用的免费网络专利检索数据库。

SOOPAT专利检索网站地址：入门篇SooPAT 查询简洁方便，仅需输入查询内容并敲一下回车键(Enter)，或单击“搜索”按钮即可得到相关资料。

SooPAT 尽量让最相关的专利文献出现在最前面，方便您更容易找到最重要、最相关的内容。

搜索窍门多个关键词之间用空格隔开，可获得更多搜索结果。

如“飞机轮胎”比“飞机轮胎”搜索结果多。

特别注意通过申请（专利）号、公开（公告）号查询时，直接输入号码，前面不用加ZL 或CN 。

忽略词SooPAT 会忽略“的”、“地”、“得”等字词，这类字词不仅无助于缩小查询范围，而且会大大降低搜索速度。

这些词和字符称为忽略词。

分词在一些情况下，SooPAT 会对查询词进行适当拆分，以防止漏检，比如输入航空航天动力，会自动转换成航空AND 航天AND 动力来搜索。

如不需要SooPAT 进行这种自动拆分，只需在查询词上加英文单引号''，比如输入'航空航天动力'，就不会再拆分开了。

繁简体SooPAT 运用汉字繁简自动转换系统，无论输入繁体或简体字皆可查询专利。

并且，您可通过每页右上角的繁简体切换按钮进行整页的繁简体切换。

一、专利检索应用的重要性专利检索是专利审查中必不可少的环节，结合对比文件评价专利申请的是否具备专利法规定的新颖性、创造性和实用性。

对比文件可以通过检索专利文献库以及非专利文献库得到。

专利文献库包括全球范围内公开公布的专利文献，非专利文献库则包括在国内外公开发表的期刊、图书、以及索引指南等。

现有的专利文献库可能无法满足全面的检索要求，因而在审查时，需要在非专利文献库中进行检索。

本文主要通过对非专利文献的检索策略应用案例进行分析，得到关于非专利文献的检索方法。

二、案例分析(一)案例一。

2009年9月19日，浙江大学的徐兵提出了一项多功能的高速液压试验装置的专利申请。

对于高校作为申请人的审查思路，采用以发明人名字作为检索入口在中国期刊网上进行检索，检索到与徐兵有关的许多相关文献，但是检索到的文献用于评价该专利的新颖性不具有说服力[1]。

审查人员可以先阅读这些的文献资料，了解徐兵在该领域的其他作品。

发明专利申请检索中非专利文献的检索比较摘要：本文通过分析智能检索系统、Patentics、CNKI、万方在非专利文献检索的特点，阐述了在发明专利申请检索中利用智能检索系统提高非专利文献检索的质量和效率。

结合两个实际案例，具体分析在各个系统中非专利文献的检索结果，以期对非专利文献的检索有所帮助。

中国期刊全文数据库CJFD为中国知网（CNKI）提供的1899年至今的中国期刊全文数据，其中全文数据主要通过OCR识别技术对全文图像进行识别。

万方非专利数据库WFNPL为专利局通过商业购买方式，从北京万方数据股份有限公司，引入的万方数字资源系列共12个数据库，包括万方中国学术期刊数据库WFCJ、万方中国学位论文数据库WFCD等，该数据库将12个数据库进行虚拟合并，其检索情况等同于审查员同时选择12个数据库进行多库检索。

目前商用专利检索软件包括Patentics系统、HimmPat系统和incoPat系统，Patentics系统针对于非专利文献，目前集成了中国期刊和中国学位论文，二者为万方数据源引入的数据库，Patentics对学位论文库和期刊库进行了IPC分类标引。

而HimmPat系统和incoPat系统目前未引入非专利数据库，无法对非专利文献进行检索，因此，此处不讨论HimmPat系统和incoPat系统。

中国知网（CNKI）和万方数据知识服务平台作为常用的文献搜索平台，都包括期刊，学位，会议，标准，成果等，CNKI支持在全文或主题模式下的关键词检索，而万方支持在主题模式下的关键词检索。

可见，智能检索系统、Patentics、CNKI、万方在非专利文献检索中各有优势也有不足，下面本文将结合两个实际案例，介绍在发明专利申请对比文件是学位论文和期刊文献情况下，不同平台的横向比较情况，以期对非专利文献的检索有所帮助。

一、引言党的十八大提出实施创新驱动发展战略,全面建设创新型国家。

在各类政策的积极支持下,我国科技创新空前发展。

为满足发明人跨国申请专利保护的需求,专利文献翻译特别是其汉英翻译业务需求猛增。

但是翻译人才无论是规模还是质量都不能满足当前我国专利申请增长的需要。

相比其他领域，国内学者对专利翻译研究的关注度较低，尤其对专利文献外译的研究少之又少。

在某种程度上，这不利于我国知识产权事业的长远发展。

本文着重讨论专利文献汉英翻译过程中的常见典型问题，为专利文献汉英翻译的研究提供一定的借鉴。

二、专利文献汉英翻译中的典型问题与分析张国兴认为，“专利文献知识覆盖面宽, 内容广博, 其涉及的专业领域有农、轻、医、化工、机械、运输、采矿、动力、电工电子、工程建筑、国防等几十大类”。

这就要求译者应具备广博的知识和涉足多个翻译领域，否则很容易出错。

孙艳伟对400份专利摘要汉英翻译中的常见错误做了统计，结果显示，“语法错误为样本中出错频次最高的错误类型, 其数量占总错误个数的37.3%。

名词单复数错误和主谓不一致为出现频次较高的错误类型。

语义差错在样本中的出错频次也高达28.2%, 为出现频次次高的错误类型”。
