专利文献翻译要点完美版

翻译专利要注意的问题1.语法错误冠词错误注意冠词与名词搭配时，单数可数名词首次出现用a/an，再次出现用the，有时候也要根据语境判断，也有The XXX of a/an YYY is … ; 两个部件就要两个冠词，不能因为多个部件连续罗列就漏掉冠词。

不可数名词首次出现前面不加冠词，再次出现用the。

介词错误注意介词的正确使用，如“在海上”不要用“in the sea”要用“on”。

名词错误包括两种情况：只可数名词需使用复数形式时，复数形式是单数名词+s or +es or 特殊变化；由于对原文理解不当造成的单复数使用错误，如该用单数（复数）时，却用了复数（单数）。

动词错误1.4.1动词时态变化错误指动词单复数变化拼写错误、过去时/过去分词/现在分词拼写错误。

1.4.2动词数的变化错误指名词与动词搭配时，动词数的变化，需注意可数名词单数形式+动词第三人称单数形式，复数形式+动词原形/各种分词形式；注意不可数名词与动词搭配时动词数的变化。

1.4.3主被动语态选择错误指根据语境，恰当选择主被动语态进行表达1.4.4分词使用错误指要区别过去分词-ed、现在分词-ing等分词作为修饰词时的用法1.4.5动词词组搭配错误如Prevent… from doing sth；而不是prevent to do sth或者prevent do sth词性错误如该用形容词形式却用了名词，该用副词形式却用了形容词等句子错误1.6.1句子成分残缺指缺少主语，句子结构不完整等。

需读懂原文句子结构，看清各成份之间关系。

1.6.2句子结构混乱指句子各成分之间顺序错误等，如inside which is bonded a battery and a circuit board，应该用inside which a battery and a circuit board are bonded 。

1.6.3句子主谓不一致指主谓单复数的一致性，以及主谓语意上的一致性，如the coaxial clamp head structure and the cover boardstructure is connected，应该用are 。

专利翻译学习总结专利总结1权利要求书只能出现分号逗号句号，尽量避免括号权利要求书里，一般不用动词原形，而是用分词，除非遇到从句（that等）权利要求书里，权利要求中的and，在翻译时，一定不能忽略。

一个权利要求只能出现一个句号，面对较长句子，翻译时先划分句子结构，充分利用分号权利要求书里，禁止使用含糊不清的表达，比如cancan 根据具体情况可以用后缀为able的词代替在权利要求书的英译中里，何时用所述呢？简单粗暴一点，第二次以及以后出现的一律按所述来译过渡词有开放式封闭式半开放式comprising including containing which comprisescharacterized by包括开放式consisting of 由…组成封闭式consisting essentially of 主要由….组成半开放独立权利要求包括前序部分+特征部分从属权利要求包括引用部分+限定部分权利要求书里，第一次出现的名词前面的a 译为一个2summary 发明内容写明发明／实用新型所要解决的技术问题采用的技术方案（方案是重中之重）对照现有技术，写明本发明／实用新型的有益效果其中技术方案应该至少反映包含全部必要技术特征的独立权利要求，还可以包含从属权利要求3附图说明实用新型一定有附图说明，发明不一定有对所有附图作出说明view 视图front view 主视图top view俯视图left view 左视图right view 右视图bottom view 仰视图rear view 后视图side view 侧视图partial views 局部视图partial enlargement view局部放大视图cross-sectional view剖视图plan view 平面图perspective 立体图exploded view分解图block diagram框图flow diagram 流程图circuit diagram 电路图4一个句子里，句子特别长，including……那么including 这部分要另起一个句子。

专利文献翻译技巧专利文献翻译技巧专文献既是技术文件又是法律文件，它有一些惯用的词语，下面作一简要介绍。

一、专利惯用的词组Appl.No.(Application Number)申请号Ser.No.(Serisl Number)申请书，登记号Int.Cl.3 (International Patent Classification,3 rd Edition)国际专利分类表（第三版）Abstract of the disclosure发明摘要Preferred embodiments最佳实施方案Cross-Sheet 5 第5页（图共5页）Sheet 3 of 4第3页（图共4页）二、常用的句子1.Reference is made to our copending application No.25838/78 filed 31 st May 1978.请参阅我们在1978年5月31日登记的与此有关的申请书，其申请号为25838/78。

说明：make reference to:参考，提及。

Copending:与此有关的，尚待批准的。

例如：All models have an~ CD Player.所有型号都有内置的激光唱片机。

【2】having all the parts that are necessary for sth. to be complete完整的，完备的，例如：an ~system完整的系统。

16、外呼dialing17、发射功率transmitted power /transmitting power18、信道channel就够了注：coherent 与continuous1.Coherent:2.Continuous原文中虽然用了“不连贯”，但是意思仍然是强调：水并不是连续不间断的往下流，所以用continuous的反义词更合适。
