二、课时安排(Teaching Arrangement)：本课教学内容安排4个课时。
第一课时Listen ，point and read ，学习元音音标和第二课时 Let’s talk 的前半部分第三课时 Let’s talk 的剩余部分和Let’s chant第四课时 Let’s learn ，Let’s make and talk 和Let’s practise三、各课时的教学内容和步骤：第一课时 Listen ，point and read ，学习元音音标和(1)复习检查：A ．自由对话：叫若干对同学站起来，用以前学过的交际用语自由对话。
B ．复习上一课所学的18个音标：教师出示一些含这些音的单词的音标，让学生拼读，如等(可从练习册第一课Ex.1中找)。
C ．复习含音的单词：先复习a ，e ，i ，o ，u 在闭音节中的读音，然后教师出示下列单词的卡片，让学生拼读并说出词义：dog, doll, box, fox, frog, hot, of, on, bun, fun, run, sun, but, hut, mum, duck, up, us 。
(2)导入新课：A ．学习音标和：教师板书：e i o u指出o 和u 的短音的音标是和。
讲清其发音要领，然后领读几遍。
B ．注音标、读单词：让学生读Listen ，point and read 中的单词，先读第一、二组，然后让 表格中的clock ，cup 等是本课要学的单词，在读的时候要有意识记一下词义。
(3)操练：A ．操练音标：从《活动材料》中找出音标的卡片，将它们涂成红色并剪开，制成卡片。
让学生将四张卡片放在手头，教师读音，让学生举卡片，如教师读，则学生将卡片举起来。
然后，教师举卡片，让学生读。
B．辨音练习：先讲清和发音的区别，然后做练习册中Ex.2的辨音练习，方法与第一课中的相同。

3.Play a game(摸宝)
老师事先把准备好的单词卡片，有的写中文，有的写英文，
有的画图，有的写音标，装在一只不透明的袋子里。
游戏开始，老师说袋子里装的是许多宝物，让学生上来轮流摸宝。
摸到宝的学生将卡片举起，给全班学生看，如果摸到的是英文，则要读出来，并说出中文，如果摸到的是中文，则要说出英文，并拼出字母组合。
如果摸到的是图片，则要说出中英文，并拼出字母组合，如果摸到的是音标，要拼读出来，并且说出字母组合及中文。
说对的奖励红花一朵。

教师让学生2人一组到前面去，把一名学生的眼睛蒙上，然后再把一些学习用品放在相应位置，让另一名学生用W hat's on/in…? 提问问题，眼睛被蒙上的学生回答，回答正确的奖一张小动物贴画。

先集体复述，在分组复述，最后指名复述

师布置场景，把讲桌充当书桌（T: This is my desk.）
把椅子充当床（T: This is my bed.）在书桌上放几只茶杯，床上放一只盒子（盒子里装着用橡皮泥捏的齐齐）
Step4 Consolidation and development
教师把学生分成若干小组，每小组发一张空白房间示意图，及书桌、床、钟表、椅子、书等物品图片，让小组中的学生合作，把这些物品粘贴在房间相应的位置，用句型What's on/in…? A(An)…/Some…”来进行对话。
