其实每个中国人的骨子里都有深深的家国情怀。

但如果回望历史，比如生活在辛亥革命年代的前辈，纵然那时每个人都是满腔热情，但是由于国家始终处于动荡之中，大趋势是向下的，最终的结果还是徒有报国之志，而无报国之门。

而今天，得益于改革开放三十多年来中国经济的飞速发展，中国的实力不断上升，生活在今天的每一位中国人都将有幸在自己有生之年看到自己的祖国逐渐从一个较边缘的位置走到世界舞台的中央。

基辛格老先生说过，中国人重视谋“势”。

当今世界正在经历一次百年难遇的大变局。

在世界格局转变的这一历史时刻，在中国国力不断提升的大背景下，我们这一代人就有机会把实现个人的“小我”和实现中华民族复兴的“大我”相结合，让个人事业发展和人生选择的小趋“势”与中国的大“势”，世界的大“势”相结合，既能够“各美其美”，又能够“美美与共”。

翻译实践;后者则体现在:社会政治、商贸经济、科学技术、文化教育等发展过程中不断涌现出大量新的语言现象等诸因素对具体翻译实践的制约,特别是文学作品中那些独创多变的具有个性特征的语言运用方式或手法是难以预知的,而翻译理论研究也难以对所有操作对象进行定性概括,并使其范畴化与系统化。

而是特定历史阶段的理论受主体实践水平和认识能力和客体状况的制约。

可以说,对翻译,特别是对文学翻译的个案研究是一个永无止境的探讨过程,特定时期的人们所作的理论认识只能是对一定范畴内客观事物属性或规律的认识,因而翻译理论对具有普遍意义的实践活动的指导作用是有限的。

综上所述,笔者认为,对于我们整个学术群体来说,探讨翻译理论与实践的关系不应停留在“翻译有没有理论”或“翻译理论有没有用”的认识层面,而应从群体的、社会的、历史的、发展的、文化的、民族理性精神的角度去认识。

狭义地说,翻译理论的形成是作为特定历史时期的某几代人对自身实践活动的理性认识和总结,是为使整个群体实践活动达到一种理想状态的追求;广义地说,翻译理论是民族文化的组成部分,是民族理性精神的体现,是社会群体性实践活动发展过程中理性精神的必然。

硕士学位论文ＭＡＳＴＥＲ’ＳＴＨＥＳＩＳ内容摘要近代是中国社会）ｒ始转型的历史时期，其发展的主题就是现代化，城市是中国现代化的载体，也是中国现代化进程体现最为鲜明的地方。

保定和天津在中国城市体系中都具有典型意义，作为当前中国诸多城市中一个普通的大城市，历史上的保定是古代中国崛起的政治中心城市、是近代以来走向相对衰落的传统内陆城市。

作为当前中国非同一般的超大城市和直辖市，历史上的天津是古代中国兴起较晚的普通城市，是近代以来迅速崛起的经济中心城市和沿海开埠城市。

但迄今还缺少对这样的两个城市进行比较研究的学术成果，从这一方面说，本论文对保定和天津的比较研究正是进行了这样的理论创新的尝试，保定和天津城市现代化的历程也许可以代表中国近代两种不同类型城市所走过的现代化道路。

论文分古代、近代初期、清术民初三个时段主要从空间演变的角度对保定和天津的城市发展进行了比较研究。

近代城市是古代城市的延续，故笔者首先比较了古代的保定和天津，其历史起源和城市的空问结构具有很大的相似性；其次，城市的空间演变和城市历史地位的变更互为表罩，具有着密切的关系，城市地位的变化必然引起包括城市空间演变在内的诸多变化，而城市空间的演变则反映着城市的历史地位，笔者以保定和天津政治、经济、文化地位的变化为线索对二者进行了比较。

其三，城市空间结构的演变是城市近代化的物质体现，笔者以此为主线比较了保定和天津包括城池、衙署、寺庙、等建筑及工业发展、金融机构、商业发展、文化教育、市政建设、交通邮政等在内的各个方面与城市空间的扩展与重构的关系。

城市空间演变包括外部空间的扩展（即城市化）和内部空间重构（即近代化）两个方面。

其四，由于历史上的保定和天津同为直隶省的重要城市，二者往往具有一些共同的发展契机和衰变动因。

通过比较研究，笔者认为从古代至近代保定和天津都经历了一个现代化的过程，这其中所反映的一般规律和特殊规律或许对中国城市的现代化历程具有一定的诠释作用和启示意义。
