软件登陆操作:打开浏览器录入分销ERPV3登陆地址:XXXXXXXXXXXXXX,选择登陆账套使用自己的用户名与密码登陆软件。
一. 基础资料的建立 1.1基本信息
现在软件里面的基本信息都已经建立完成,后期针对基本信息的维护操作(添加,修改,删除,停用等),所有的基本信息都在基础资料里面维护。
基本信息的添加方法一致(商品档案举例),现在我们是根据产品类别添加的商品
比如现在有一个新的道闸要添加的话,先选中道闸然后双击选择到最后一个类别点击空白新增系统会跳出商品档案的信息框
商品编号与名称是一定要填写,商品档案的编码规则已经定义好,要根据编码规则添加商品
每个商品的计量单位是什么,都可以自己选择,鼠标双击编号可以选择计量单位
有可以上传商品图片图片 添加完成后点击保存按钮即可。
如果有新的一个类别要添加到系统里面的话,先点击添加按钮,把类别的名字添加完成点击保存,然后选择新添加的商品名称点击分类按钮。
系统可以连续分6级。
查找商品有两种方式:第一点击商品档案下的查找按钮
第二种鼠标在商品档案的任意一栏下方,点击右键过滤
商品不在采购可以选中具体某一个商品点击停止采购按钮,商品不在使用可以点击停用按钮。
删除商品信息(被使用过的商品档案是不能删除的:包含单据,库存等)。 客户档案:
操作方法与商品档案一致,只是客户的分类法则与客户编号的规则注意一下。
供应商档案
供应商档案直接添加没有分类。
1.2数据搬移
如果前期在添加基本信息的时候类别分错了,不需要删除重新添加可以通过软件的数据搬移操作
左面:选择需要搬移的名称(可以多选)
右面:选择正确的存放路径
同级节点:和你选择的路径同级
子级节点:你选择的路径的下一级。

第一章
一、岗位名称:分销主管
汇报对象:市场总监 分销部主管岗位职责
岗位描述:分销主管负责客户分销部门的组建、日常管理和对市场的管理,同时也负责对各级分销商的管理,分销主管还肩负着收集市场信息和竞争对手信息的职责。
二、主要职责:
1.做好分销部的长期规划和短期目标,同时将目标分解,确保完成任务。 2.签定公司与分销商之间的经销协议及补充协议,维护合同协议的严肃性,权利义务清晰,严格执行协议条款。3.管理好分销团队和促销队伍,做好督察和督促工作,实现业务工作标准化流程设计、沟通、执行、评估。
4.掌控各分销商的终端网络,控制产品库存,做好大客户的拜访和客情维护。 5.做好对分销商辖区的商铺、商超等建档和归类整理工作。6.协调本部门和其他部门的关系,统筹资源投入。7.跟踪市场变化,及时调整政策,获得市场信息整理及反馈。
第二章 分销主管的工作内容
一、概述:
分销主管的工作包括三个方面:分销队伍管理、分销商管理和市场管理。
二、分销队伍管理: 1、按时召开例会(周会、月会),团队一起制定每周、每月的工作计划和工作总结。2、负责分销店铺的日常管理,按照公司制度和规范进行管理。3、考核分销主管的日常拜访,了解客户对分销主管的意见,了解终端氛围营造的工作。4、安排分销主管进入指定区域,制定拜访计划,实现工作的规范化和流程化。
三、分销商管理:
1、合同管理:按照公司既有的合同范文同各级经销商签订合同,并保证合同的履行。 2、库存管理:及时掌握分销店铺的库存情况和销售状况,及时补货。4、分销商管理:区域分销商管理工作应当成为经销商管理核心,包括促使其增加市场投入,帮助其完善现有网络,控制其货物流向,保证其合理库存。四、市场管理: 1、终端管理:对于区域分销商下的终端协同拜访。管理的核心工作在于协助分销代表对终端的管理和维护、客情的管理沟通,终端价格的管理等等。2、重点终端的路线拜访:分销主管的工作也必须同分销代表一样,设定数条固定的重点终端拜访路线,每周进行拜访,同时对分销代表的线路进行监督。3、市场价格的管理:及时拜访终端,掌握终端售价和终端进货价,保证经销商按照合同规定的价格发货,稳定产品的终端销售价格。4、货物流向控制:控制其他区域向本区域的串货,控制其他部门向分销流通市场串货,控制不同区域分销商之间的串货。5、市场竞争信息收集和分析:及时掌握市场动向,密切关注竞争对手的市场动作,定期对市场信息分析总结,同时上报。篇3:分销专员岗位职责
