Use a stick-like object such as a clip, toothpick etc. to push the reset button at the back panel of the smart lock for about 2 seconds. After that, you will hear a beep. The display keypad will play the boot animation and the smart lock is now restored to factory default setting and all the pro-grammed data has been deleted.The exterior display keypad can be locked and turned off using the display keypad switch at the back panel of the smart lock. 4. 磁卡解锁：将磁卡靠近智能锁的读卡区，等待解锁成功。
四、设置与修改1. 设置指纹：在APP中点击“添加指纹”，按照提示完成指纹录入。
2. 设置密码：在APP中点击“设置密码”，按照提示完成密码设置。
3. 修改密码：在APP中点击“修改密码”，按照提示完成密码修改。
4. 删除指纹/密码：在APP中点击“删除指纹/密码”，按照提示完成删除操作。
五、注意事项1. 确保智能锁处于正常工作状态，避免因设备故障导致无法解锁。
2. 不要将指纹、密码等重要信息泄露给他人，以防被恶意解锁。
3. 定期检查智能锁的电池电量，及时更换电池，确保设备正常运行。
4. 不要使用尖锐物品刮擦指纹识别区、键盘按键等部位，以免损坏设备。
5. 如遇设备故障，请及时联系售后服务人员，切勿自行拆卸、维修。
六、故障排除1. 指纹识别失败：请确保指纹清晰、干净，重新录入指纹。
2. 密码错误：请确认密码输入正确，如多次输入错误，请等待一段时间后重试。
3. 蓝牙连接失败：请确保手机蓝牙功能开启，并与智能锁处于同一蓝牙范围内。
4. 设备无法解锁：请检查电池电量，确保设备正常工作。

■出厂的管理密码设为“1234”，管理密码只能更改，不能删除（6）、更改管理密码同时按住open键和密码注册键→滑盖自动上移后输入原来的管理密码后再按“*”→输入要注册的管理密码后按“*”→再输入一次要注册的管理密码→按“*”结束（7）、密码注册方法按一下密码注册键→滑盖自动上移后输入管理密码再按“*”→输入要注册的密码后按“*”→再输一次要注册的密码→按“*”结束。
注意事项：■在输入过程中，工作指示灯因输入错误而闪烁并发出“滴沥滴沥“的报警音时应从头开始重新输入。
■请定期更改密码，密码最好超过6位数。
（8）、删除个别密码按住密码注册键5秒→滑盖自动上移后输入管理密码再按“*”→输入要删除的密码后按“*”→再输入一次要删除的密码→按“*”结束。
（9）、删除所有已注册的密码按住密码注册键5秒→滑盖自动上移后输入管理密码再按“*”→再输入一次管理密码→按“*”结束。

3在门锁安装前，请您先接通所有连接线并装好电池后，按门锁线路板上的初始化按钮，第一时间对门锁进行初始化，恢复到出厂状态。

2功能说明2.1出厂状态出厂状态下，指纹片库为空的，时此任何指纹均可开门，出厂开门密码为123456，输入出厂密码即可开锁，如果有指纹注册，出厂密码将自动失效。
其他出厂设置默认为：报警设置为开；音量等级为4.长按恢复出厂状态按键5秒，每隔一秒蜂鸣器“嘀”一声，然后语音与屏幕同时提示“初始化成功”，即可恢复至出厂状态。
注意：恢复出厂设置后，将清空所有用户注册信息！2.2设置操作按设置键，进入设置状态，如果没有注册过指纹，将自动进入超级管理员（编号固定为1）注册，注册流程请参照指纹注册流程。
如果已经注册过超级管理员，将显示：请管理员授权！如果识别管理员失败，播放语音“验证未通过”，同时蜂鸣器嘀嘀嘀短鸣三声。
