微量氧分析仪维护作业规程
1适用范围
Teledyne氧分析仪INSTA-TRANS是电化学式氧分析仪,其传感器是原电池型,自发的进行电化学反应,电解液在电极阳极处失电子发生还原反应,而氧气和水在电极阴极出得电子发生氧化反应,因氧含量的多少产生电子的得失及移动对应回路中产生的电流大小来计算氧含量的多少。
其广泛应用于烟气在线连续监测系统CEMS烟气湿度的测量及石油化工行业微量氧含量分析。
本指导书适用于在园区装置内在线使用的TELEDYNE电化学微量氧分析仪INSTA-TRANS,主要用于园区内工艺气体介质中O2组分浓度的分析。
2质量标准
2.1仪表铭牌清晰无误;
2.2仪表位号牌完好、无缺失;
2.3仪表外观清洁无积灰;
2.4仪表零部件固紧固无松动;
2.5仪表防爆格兰头紧固,电缆无松动;
2.6仪表显示正常,无报警;
2.7仪表样品流通池及各部件无跑冒滴漏;
2.8仪表样品压力、流量均在设定范围内。 3 维护内容
3.1日常维护:
3.1.1仪表表面卫生的清洁、清灰;
3.1.2固定仪表位号牌,补挂位号牌;
3.1.3紧固仪表穿线管支架及螺栓;
3.1.4紧固仪表接线盒;
3.1.5紧固仪表防爆格兰头;
3.1.6仪表报警信息消除及故障判断处理。
3.2定期维护:
3.2.1接线端子松动或氧化,重新紧固接线端子并剔除氧化层;
3.2.2仪表通标气校验,每个月1次;
3.2.3更换仪表过滤器及测量传感器。
4 安全注意事项
4.1 巡回检查作业必须由两人以上进行,投运必须两人以上操作。
4.2 维护作业前必须办理《仪表维护检修工作票》、《仪表联锁工作票》及相关票据。
4.3进行维护作业需经工艺人员认可,并采取相应的安全措施并专人监护。
4.4不得带压检修分析仪样品管线。
4.5用于带联锁或控制回路的微量氧分析仪,维护时必须切除联锁或手动控制。
4.6维护作业完毕,投用时告知工艺,投运后观察稳定运行30分钟后投用相关联锁回路或控制回路。
丁烷氧化制顺酐:动力学模型和副产品

1. 前言

阿美泰克氧分析仪说明书
1、氧气分析仪先不要装入烟道,打开变送器和传感器上盖,检查各电缆连接正确。
2、接通电源,电路板上POWER红色发光二极管开始慢速闪烁(周期1秒),表示电源接通,正在预热,此时无信号输出,100秒后,发光二极管常亮,表示预热完毕,进入测量状态。若发光二极管快速闪烁(周期0.25秒),则表示传感器连接或变送器电路有故障。
3、测量状态下,氧气分析仪在烟道外稳定30分钟后,显示空气中氧气含量20.6±0.4%,传感器可以装入烟道。
4、传感器装入烟道30分钟后,进行手动空气校准,先将浮子流量计接入传感器流量调节阀空气入口,将电路板上SW1开关拨向MAN侧,CAL绿色发光二极管点亮,传感器电磁阀打开,调节流量调节阀旋纽,使流量达到0.2至0.6L/min范围内,稳定5分钟后,SW1开关拨回AUTO侧,发光二极管熄灭,电磁阀关断,氧气浓度显示20.6%,然后逐步下降到烟道氧气水平上。
5、关闭变送器和传感器上盖。
