钓鱼岛中国不可分割的一部分4月27日，日本东京都知事石原慎太郎宣布从当天开始，发起为“购买”钓鱼岛的募捐活动.石原如此不遗余力地力推购买钓鱼岛，千方百计使其非法占有钓鱼岛的事实合法化、永久化。
最为一名中国人我们坚决不允许。
钓鱼岛中国不可分割的一部分，钓鱼岛列岛是我国最早发现、命名，并行使主权的。
早在明朝初年的1373年前后，我国渔民即已发现了钓鱼岛。
直到19世纪末中日甲午战争爆发前，日本从没有对中国拥有钓鱼岛列岛的主权提出过异议。
我们有史为证，钓鱼岛中国不可分割的一部分。
1972年美方擅自将钓鱼岛转交日方，也只是转交行政管辖权而非所有权，美方迄今都承认当年转交的为行政管辖权，且从不对钓鱼岛所有权公开表态，这一事实绝不会因为日本将钓鱼岛所谓“国有化”而发生改变。
一句话，无论钓鱼岛是被日方私人占有还是政府“租界”或占有，都是非法占有，其行政管辖权非法所得的事实都不可更改，所有权更是无从谈起！
任何人都不能将钓鱼岛从中国领土上分裂出去，对于任何非法占有钓鱼岛的行为我们都坚决抵制。
Diaoyu Island, the inseparable part of China
On April 27th, Shintaro Ishihara, the governor of Tokyo in Japan announced that a Fund-raising of buying Diaoyu Island would be launched from that day. Any possible Chinese will be strongly against to his attempt to distort their possession legal and permanent.
As we know, the Diaoyu Island is an inseparable part of China, which was first found, named and exercised its sovereignty by China. It was found by our fishermen as early as about 1373 in Ming Dynasty. Japan had never raised any objection on the fact that it is China that has the sovereignty over the Diaoyu Island until the Sino-Japanese War at the end of nineteenth century. Historically, the Diaoyu Island is the inseparable part of China.
In 1972, the U.S transmitted Diaoyu Island to Japan unauthorized. But the transmit only worked on administrative jurisdiction rather than ownership, which has been admitting by the U.S government until now. And it never
declares the ownership of Diaoyu Island in public. This fact will never be changed by Japan's so-called nationalization. In a word, whether the Diaoyu Island was privately possessed by Japan or lend-leased or possessed by its government, it's destined illegal possession. The fact of illegal administrative jurisdiction will never be changed, let alone the ownership.
No one can split off the Diaoyu Island from the territory of China. We resolutely resist any behaviour of illegal possession.。
