4.1 电动操作储能时，动作原理同主要结构及原理．３．１所述。
4.2 在使用手柄操作断路器时，必须注意到偏心轮6和连杆7是否在图13所示位置（最低位置），否则用手转动电动机手轮使偏心轮6和连杆7处于最低位置。然后才能操作手柄使断路储能闭合。

五、使用环境条件：
1、周围空气温度为-5℃～+40℃且24h内的平均温度不超过+35℃。
2、安装地点的海拔不超过2000m。
3、大气相对湿度在周围空气温度为十40℃时不超过50%；在较低温度下可以有较高的相对湿度；最湿月的月平均最大相对湿度为90%，同时该月的平均最低温度为十25℃，并考虑到因温度变化发生在产品表面上的凝露。
4、污染等级为3级。
5、安装类别；主电路及辅助电路中的欠电压脱扣线圈、电源变压器初级线圈用于安装类别Ⅳ外，其余辅助电路安装类别均为Ⅲ。
6、断路器应按说明书成套安装或户内单独安装。与垂直倾斜度应不超过5°。
