【摘要】Phonics教学,即自然拼音教学。
2012年版PEP英语三年级教材中新加入了这一学习英语语音的方法。
该方法注重把letter和sound结合起来,对零起点的三年级学生快速地认、读、拼单词有很大的促进作用。
本文笔者结合自己的教学经验浅谈了三个有关phonics教学的策略,能有效提高学生对单词的拼读能力,让学生积极主动地参与课堂中来,同时增加了学生学习英语的信心和兴趣,为后期的教学奠定了一定的基础。

英语“ROPES合力英语教学法”"ROPES合力英语教学法"是株洲市教科院结合我市英语教学的实际提出来的。
英语单词ROPES是拔河比赛用的"绳索"的复数形式,即大家齐心协力,拧成一股绳,合力搞好英语“成型性课堂建设”,将其建设成为简单、有效、富有生命力,具有特色的英语教学文化。
“ROPES合力英语教学法”课堂教学基本框架图示:一、Review(复习)第一阶段为复习阶段,也可以是准备阶段(Preparation)。
我们可将Warm up(热身)、Lead in(导入)融入其中。
Review,Warm up,Lead in的顺序不用分得很清楚,可根据实际情况而定。
第一,复习巩固(热身)第二,温故知新(导入)通过复习自然导入新课。
直接将旧知与新知联系。
第三,激活铺垫二、Overview(概述)这里指对这堂课的学习目标、内容或任务用语言做一个基本的描述。
其实它就是“目标教学法”中的展示教学目标这一环节。
三、Presentation(呈现)这里的“Presentation”指教师的“呈现”。
在这个环节中,要注意三个关键词“review”,“lead in”and “make connections”。
,即:通过复习旧知,导入新知,帮组学生在新旧知识之间建立联系,“搭建桥梁”。
该环节仍然是以语言输入为主的环节。
在这个环节中他们主要处于理解、认识、初步识记阶段。
教学形式主要通过视听的方式,向学生介绍新的语言材料。
教师将新旧知识练习在一起,可运用讲故事教学法,结合学生的生活实际、创设贴近学生生活的语言情景,将新的知识,如单词、句型、语法、对话情境、语篇等呈现给学生。
四、Engagement(全力以赴参与操练)此环节为Let me try(让我尝试)。
这种尝试是在老师的指导或帮助下进行的。
学生经过了Let me know(Review、overview,presentation)教学板块中的各种活动,对新旧知识(信息或策略等)以及它们之间的关联和内在的联系有理清晰的认识和理解,每个学生带着明确的学习目标或任务,进入到了Engagement全力以赴的实践操练过程中。

《运用Phonics教学法提高学生英语词汇拼读能力的策略研究》课题研究小结在学校领导的关心和支持下,经过参与课题组各位英语教师的不懈努力和潜心研究,我们终于圆满地完成了此次课题的研究任务,现将本学期课题组的实践研究工作做如下总结。
一、严抓常规管理本学期,我们课题组成员期初探讨制订详细的课题组工作计划,并统一部署,实行课题组周工作制,各教师分层落实,全面关注每位教师课题开展的情况及进度,同时利用互听互评和推出课题论证课等途径,跟进课题的开展实施,并解决课题实施过程中的困难和疑惑,有效促进课题组计划实施与开展,保证课题顺利结题。
二、理论指导研究为了弥补老师们对phonics认识不足的情况,我们课题组主要以英语教研和读书交流会为载体,通过学习,理论引领,提升认识。
每两周开展一次英语教研活动,由课题组老师轮流主讲,谈谈对phonics教学的亲身实践,交流心得,大家畅所欲言,谈困惑、谈问题、谈建议,实现短板补足,精益求精;同时,每2周一次的英语教研活动,会提前布置一位老师阅读相关的phonics的理论文章,在教研活动中,互谈学习心得,取长补短。
其资料主要来源于教育专著、教研杂志上、网上,实现全员共享,互相学习、提高。
我们还经常会观看名师的课例,细心分析他们的教学设计,记录他们的每一个环节,对比、归纳异同,再结合自身实际,加以运用。
我们非常珍惜每一次“走出去”的学习交流的机会,使老师们对phonics 的教学理念由一无所知、一知半解,到现在的基本了解,我们一天天地在学习,一步步地在探索,一点点地在进步。
三、塑造育人氛围利用班级多媒体,播放Phonics Kids配套的语音视频,这些内容生动有趣,激发了学生的求知欲望,学生非常喜爱,耳濡目染,学生很快就掌握了教本中所要学的语音知识。
我们选取的教材Phonics Kids蒲公英英语拼读王,采用的是卡通人物,配套的素材有歌曲、视频等,我们坚持每天5分钟的“Phonics Time”活动,和孩子们一起边唱边跳,成为了孩子们积累phonics的进步阶梯。
