┊ 浅析茶树组织培养技术
摘要 研究表明茶树具有很高的经济价值,所以近年来对优质茶苗的需求日趋增加,而传统的繁育措施难以缩短优质茶苗的繁育时间,组织培养技术使获得优质良种茶苗及大规模人工栽培成为可能。本文着重介绍了了茶树的组织培养技术以及茶树组培存在的问题及解决措施。

Abstract The research shows that tea tree has the very high economic value ,so in recent years to the high quality of
effecting the demand is increasing day by day and the traditional breeding measures is difficult to shorten the breeding
time ,effecting the high quality tissue culture technology make high quality seeds and large scale effecting the artificial
cultivation possible. In this paper, the organization culture technology it tea tree and tea cultivation existing problems and
solutions.

茶树是山茶科山茶属多年生木本植物,在我国主要分布于西南和华南各省。饮茶具有益胃生津、滋阴清热利尿的功效。茶树传统繁殖方式主要是播种、扦插等方式的繁殖,这对茶树良种的选育造成一定的时间上的延迟。为能快速繁育良品种的茶苗以便于获得更加优质的茶叶,国内有关研究机构从20世纪90年代便开始了茶树的开发研究工作,利用组培技术提供优良种苗,是推进茶树良性发展的有效途径[1]。
1 茶树组织培养的背景及现状
茶树在我国有着悠久栽培历史,自古以来被认为是养生保健的珍品。由于茶树的繁殖方式主要是利用扦插繁殖和种子繁殖,茶树的优良性状及优良品种受到生长周期的限制很难在短期内实现取舍。我国是世界茶园面积最大的国家,但半数以上的茶园属于低产老茶园,在很大程度上制约了茶叶产量、品质的提高和机械化采茶的发展。植物组织培养技术是解决植物优良无性系用苗的良好途径。采用优良品种的选育、种籽的提纯复壮、组织培养等技术,进行茶苗优良品种的选育和优良性状的保留。促进了茶树的规模化生产和有机化生产及生态化发展。
