听是说的前提，听得准确，才有条件正确模仿，才能不断地掌握高一级水平的语言。
我在教学中，注意听说结合，训练幼儿听的能力，课堂上，我特别重视教师的语言，我对幼儿说话，注意声音清楚，高低起伏，抑扬有致，富有吸引力，这样能引起幼儿的注意。
当我发现有的幼儿不专心听别人发言时，就随时表扬那些静听的幼儿，或是让他重复别人说过的内容，抓住教育时机，要求他们专心听，用心记。
平时我还通过各种趣味活动，培养幼儿边听边记，边听边想，边听边说的能力，如听词对词，听词句说意思，听句子辩正误，听故事讲述故事，听谜语猜谜底，听智力故事，动脑筋，出主意，听儿歌上句，接儿歌下句等，这样幼儿学得生动活泼，轻松愉快，既训练了听的能力，强化了记忆，又发展了思维，为说打下了基础。

与当今“教师”一称最接近的“老师”概念，最早也要追溯至宋元时期。
金代元好问《示侄孙伯安》诗云：“伯安入小学，颖悟非凡貌，属句有夙性，说字惊老师。
”于是看，宋元时期小学教师被称为“老师”有案可稽。
【课题】：Unit 11 I want to be a painter （第2节）【学情分析】学生通过上节课的学习，已经能正确认读本课题的职业名词，并能初步运用以下句型：What do you want to be when you grow up? I want to be···因此，这节课通过完成《fun with language》这部分的学习活动，进而对新知识的复习与巩固，让学生熟练地掌握本单元的重点单词与重点句型。
【教学目标】：1.能在老师的引导下拼写职业“四会”单词；2.能顺利完成课堂活动与课堂练习。
【教学重点】：1、拼写职业四会单词；2、完成课堂活动与课堂练习。
【教学难点】：1、Act and answer;2、课堂活动：Loo,read and say.【教学方法】：1、情境教学法：通过模拟见面会情景，让学生熟练地表达自己长大后想做什么，自己的理想职业是什么。

Unit 11的内容是老师与学生之间的对话。
怀特老师（Ms White）面向全班同学，询问他们长大后想要从事什么工作。
该单元的知识语言是用对话形式说明：采用了What do you want to be when you grow up?/ I am good at English, so I want to be an English teacher. / When I grow up, I want to be a painter. I love art so much.等句型，通过对话，学生能够与他人交流自己长大后想要从事的职业。
Unit 12的内容是老师与一位学生之间的对话。
怀特老师向小玲（Xiaoming）了解她父亲和母亲所从事的工作。
该单元的知识语言是用对话形式说明：采用了What’s your father’s job? / What’s her job? / Do you want to be a teacher like your mother?等句型，通过对话，学生能够学会如何询问他人的工作以及表达自己想要从事的职业。
在以往的学习中，学生已经学习过a painter, cook nice food, an English teacher等短语以及I want to… / I like to…等句型，这些为本模块的学习打下了一定基础。
