南方都市报3月4日报道美国锂电池制造商A 123被万向集团收购不久，另一家美国混合动力汽车制造商菲斯科汽车公司（Fisker A utom otive）陷入资金困境，投资者不出意外仍然来自中国。
路透社援引两位知情人士的话称，吉利汽车和东风集团对菲斯科的出价在2亿至3亿美元之间。
菲斯科目前正在评估这两家中国汽车厂商的报价，这意味着吉利和东风的正面交锋不可避免。
菲斯科资金链断裂菲斯科汽车公司最终不得不向外界寻求资金帮助，并不让人意外。
该公司创建于2007年，总部位于加州，是一家小型混合动力汽车制造商。
其创始人为亨德里克·菲斯科（H enrikFisker），是著名汽车设计师，打造过宝马Z8和阿斯顿·马丁D B9.菲斯科公司最著名的产品为K arm a，这是一款类似保时捷Panam era的4门轿跑车型，采用插电式混合动力。

2012年初，美国能源部宣布，由于菲斯科此前得到政府5.29亿美元贷款，但未能及时交付K arm a，因此冻结了菲斯科公司的信用额度，后者资金链断裂。
2012年年中，受唯一电池供应商A 123破产影响，菲斯科不得不停产，静待A 123去向，同时不得不为自己物色战略投资者。
中国农历春节前夕，万向集团收购A 123获得美国政府批准，菲斯科也找到了真正有实力的投资者，吉利和东风入围其中。
消息人士称，目前吉利似乎更受青睐。
