商业与周边环境的互动性要远远超越商业本身的设计；商业绝对不只是建筑形态上的创新，而是在能够充分理解“人”与“地”的关系之后，利用空间落地一个可操作的经营方案一、三里屯的历史变革三里屯位于北京朝阳区东部，因“北京城墙外三里的屯兵处”而得名。

现因三里屯酒吧街而出名。

2.酒吧一条街升级到三里屯village的营业运营——区域功能的转型升级伴随北京城市化进程的加快，“市区”范围不断扩大，使得三里屯地区由近郊转变为城市新的“市区”。

城市发展模式使得商业效益急速上升，商业的开发比重明显加强，加之原有酒吧物业形态面临的城市治理、建设问题，促使三里屯面临第二次的区域转型。
