麻醉药品、第一类精神药品领用流程制度
一、药房凭麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的领用单到药库领取麻醉药品、第一类精神。
麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的领用单由药库统一保管。
领取后的麻醉药品、第一类精神药品数量不得超过固定基数。
二、麻醉药品、第一类精神药品出库应双人复核，并由发药人、复核人签署姓名。
三、对出库的麻醉药品、第一类精神药品应逐笔记录，内容包括：日期、凭证号、领用部门、品名、剂型、规格、单位、数量、批号、有效期、生产单位、发药人、复核人和领用人签字。
四、领用流程：1、药房凭麻醉药品、第一类精神药品的
领用单到药库领取麻醉药品、第一类精神。
2、药库出库应双
人复核，并由发药人、复核人签署姓名。
3、对出库的麻醉药品、第一类精神药品应逐笔记录，内容包括：日期、凭证号、领用部门、品名、剂型、规格、单位、数量、批号、有效期、生产单位、领用人和复核人签字。
