航母编队协同防空作战目标威胁评估季傲;姜礼平;吴强【期刊名称】《兵工自动化》【年(卷),期】2016(035)005【摘要】For precise threat assessment of attack target, and acquiring best interception efficiency for aircraft carrier formation, establish target threat assessment model for aircraft carrier formation cooperative air defense based on cloud model. Through analyzing air defense threat assessment factor, establish threat assessment index system based on target attack capability, attack intent, attack speed and relative value of the ship. Use different value membership degree of every ship, calculate treat sequence of air attack target to whole formation and carry out simulation verification. The simulation results show that: the model can correctly deal with and effectively integrate data, acquire correct results rapidly and provide a reference for the aircraft carrier formation air defense operation.%为准确判断来袭目标的威胁程度,使舰艇编队取得最佳的拦截效果,构建一种基于云模型的航母编队协同防空作战目标威胁评估模型。

*摘要:针对防空作战中空袭目标威胁评估问题,提出了一种动态评估SPA (Set Pair Analysis )法。
依据防空作战特点,构建了空袭目标威胁动态评估指标体系;在利用熵权理论确定评估指标主观权重以及AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process )法确定客观权重的基础上,运用最小二乘优化模型确定评估指标的综合权重;并在评估指标更新时刻权重的基础上,利用集对分析理论对空袭目标威胁程度进行评判。
实例表明,该方法能够有效解决空袭目标威胁评估问题,为指挥决策提供一定的依据。
