大型LNG储罐保冷施工方案
1 .范围 Scope
该程序适用于LNG项目大型储罐保冷的施工。
This procedure details procedure for the insulation construction of large LNG tank.
2 .概况 General
整个罐的绝热施工主要包括罐底绝热热转角保护板与外罐衬板夹层绝热、环形空间绝热,铝
吊顶绝热、接管的绝热四部分。混凝土环干沙的铺设、泡沫玻璃铺设、珍珠岩混凝土块、毛
毡以及玻璃棉的安装。主要绝热材料包括:罐底部分:珍珠岩水泥块、泡沫玻璃块、玻璃棉、
干沙等;环形空间绝热部分:珍珠岩粉末、弹性毡、玻璃纤维布等;铝吊顶绝热部分:玻璃
布、玻璃棉等;接管绝热部分:玻璃棉、玻璃布、聚氰尿酸酯泡沫、聚氨酯泡沫、玻璃纤维
毡。
Insulation construction covers the places of tank bottom, annular space, suspended deck, nozzle. Ring concrete
dry sand, cellular glass,perlite concrete block, capping material, glass wool. Main insulation material, for
tank bottom: perlite concrete block, cellular glass, glass wool, dry sand; for annular space: perlite powder,
resilient blanket, fiberglass cloth; for suspended deck: glass cloth, glass wool; for nozzle: glass wool, glass
cloth, PIR, PU foam, fiberglass blanket.

4 .保冷施工 Insulation Construction
4.1 底部保冷施工

4.1.2 施工前提条件 construction preparation
4.1.2.1 气吹顶完成;
complete roof air raising
4.1.2.2 确保底部衬板清洁干净;
clean bottom liner plate
4.1.2.3 根据LNG储罐绝热材料检验和测试计划对到货材料进行检查;
Check insulation materials as per inspection plan.
4.1.2.4 施工按照储罐绝热图纸检验和测试规范的要求进行;
Conduct construction as per test specification.
4.1.2.5 与土建施工单位协商好混凝土找平的时间,并完成中间交接程序;
Contact with civil subcontractor and confirm concrete leveling, finish intermediate acceptance procedure.
4.1.2.6 外罐底部衬板和EL105.800墙体衬板安装完成并经过检查验收;
Complete installation of tank bottom liner plate and EL105.800 wall liner plate, and accepted by relevant
parties.
4.1.2.7 对现场施工人员进行技术交底,明确安装顺序、铺设要求。
Make technical briefing to construction workers on installation sequence and requirement.
4.1.3 标i己 marks
根据施工图纸在底部衬板上确定底部干沙铺设位置、混凝土环位置、泡沫玻璃位置。
As per construction drawing, to confirm dry sand laying place, ring concrete place and cellular glass place on
tank bottom liner plate.
4.1.4 底部保冷主要实物工作量:Quantity of tank bottom insulation

4.1.5.2 在混凝土找平合格后,铺设混凝土找平层与外罐壁之间以及内罐底板的干沙,干沙要
求如下表;
After acceptance of concrete leveling, to lay dry sand on tank bottom, space between PC wall and tank bottom.

4.1.5.3 在干沙上铺设底层毛毡,毛毡应对接铺设,毛毡不准有卷曲、打褶现象;
Lay lower capping material on dry sand. Capping material shall connect with the type of butt joint, and rolling
or flexure is prohibited.
4.1.5.4 在干沙上铺设三层T152的泡沫玻璃,泡沫玻璃层在长宽方向上交错铺设,最小错变量
100mm,每层泡沫玻璃之间铺设毛毡,要求同4.1.5.3;注意铺设最上层干沙下的毛毡时要搭 接铺设,以防干沙渗入如图;
Lay three layers of T152 cellular glass on dry sand. Cellular glass block layers shall be arranged such that
they overlap by at least 100mm of length & width and consequently. Between each layer of cellular glass, it
shall lay capping material, requirement see 4.1.5.3; note: when lay capping material below the upper dry sand,
it shall be laid as lap joint to prevent dry sand from penetration, see below:

In the course of laying there layers T152 cellular glass, bottom purge pipes shall be insulated, and cut and
adjust cellular glass.
4.1.5.6 每层的泡沫玻璃应该是平整的,在任意2米的范围内,平整度都应该在±3mm,不允许
出现高差变化大的情况;
