指导思想与理论依据
《英语学科核心素养的实质内涵》提出英语学科核心素养包括语言能力、文化品格、思维品质、学习能力。根据英语学科核心素养的要求,我们的阅读教学中要培养学生的阅读素养和思维品质,特别强调培养学生在阅读过程中获取和列出信息的能力。
《英语课程标准》(2011)指出义务教育阶段的英语课程承担着培养学生基本英语素养和发展学生思维能力的任务,即学生通过英语课程掌握基本的英语语言知识,发展学生的基本技能,初步形成用英语与他人交流的能力,进一步促进思维能力的发展。
在本节课中,在教师的引导下,学生通过略读,迅速获取文章大意,并通过细读,获取不同时期工作的不同变化。最后,依据未来形势的变化,引导学生如何面向未来做好准备。本节课力求在学生读和回答问题的过程中培养学生获取细节信息的能力;在分析课文的过程中,引导学生体会隐含的意义,形成自己的评价与判断;在绘制思维导图过程中,学生建构信息、发展思维、升华情感。

本课任教的学生为延庆区第四中学初二(5)的学生,英语学习兴趣较浓,有良好的英语学习习惯及用英语表达的愿望, 在教师的引导下,能够积极主动地思考。
