b．句中clean up为不定式，由于在help之后，故省略了不定式符号to。

通常，在help动词之后跟不定式作宾语或宾语补足语时，该动词不定式的符号to可以省略。

在谓语动词help 用于被动语态的时候，其后面的动词不定式符号to不能省略。
