SIMOTICS GP 1LE0 系列电动机是铸铁机壳通用型全封闭自扇冷却式三相异步电动机,其防护等级为IP55,该系列电动机设计生产符合ISO、IEC、GB 等相关标准的要求。
1LE0 系列电动机适用于连续工作制(S1)、恒转速或一定速度范围内的变频调速应用。
1LE0001系列电机为高效电机,满足GB18613-2012 标准能效等级3 级和IEC 60034-30 标准IE2能效等级。
1LE0003系列电机为超高效电机,满足GB18613-2012 标准能效等级2 级和IEC 60034-30 标准IE3 能效等级。
1.1负载特性
根据电机应用场合所对应的负载特性,选择电机需要的冷却方式。
1.
平方转矩负载
在各种风机、水泵、油泵中,随着叶轮的转动,空气或液体在一定的速度范围内所产生的阻力大致与转速n的二次方成正比。
随着转速的减小,转矩按转速的二次方减小,即随着转速的降低,平方转矩负载所需的转矩以平方的比例减小,所以低频时的负载电流很小,电动机也不会发生过热现象。
2.
恒转矩负载
恒转矩负载的静负载转矩在任何转速下总保持恒定或基本恒定,如:•传送带、搅拌机、挤压机等摩擦类负载
•起重机、提升机等重力负载。
•气压缩机、罗茨鼓风机、球磨机、注塑机、往复式注塞泵等。

1LE0电动机机带有特定的负载时能够使用变频器驱动,其特定的负载扭矩如以下图所示:

当负载转矩在允许的转矩范围内时,电动机可以使用自扇冷却;
•
当负载转矩超过所允许的转矩时,电动机需要使用强迫冷却, 用户可通过选件F70选配独立驱动风扇实现;独立驱动风扇的参数见样本的第9页说明。

变频运行当频率超过60 Hz 时,需要按照特定的限值进行动平衡。
