句型转换：1. Helen usually goes shopping on Saturdays. （对划线部分提问）What does Helen usually do on Saturdays?2. Does he jump high? （改为陈述句）He jumps high.3. He runs fast. （改为否定句）He doesn’t run fast.知识点:1. 在一般现在时中，行为动词与he, she, it等第三人称单数的搭配时须在行为动词后加s或es，我们来看例句：－He likes English very much. 他非常喜欢英语。

2. 将句子变为一般疑问句时要借助于助动词does来帮忙，此时行为动词要用动词原形，如：－Does he like English very much? 他很喜欢英语吗？－Yes, he does. 是的，他很喜欢。

3. 第三人称单数的特殊疑问句是在一般疑问句的基础上，再于句首加上特殊疑问词，如：－What subject does her brother like? 他哥哥喜欢什么科目？－He likes Chinese. 他喜欢语文。

教学目标：1. 能听懂，会读，会说，会用What’s wrong with…,及回答：I/They/He/She have/has a…,Youshould/shouldn’t…2. 能听懂、会说、会读take medicine, drink water, have a rest, brush one’s teeth, eat sweets等短语。

3. 通过学习Story time和Cartoon time，能比较流畅地朗读对话，并能创编对话。

4. 能了解一般英语国家使用的华氏度与国际常用的摄氏度的区别及换算。

5. 能了解并掌握ch在单词中的发音。

教学重点：1. 能听懂，会读，会说，会用What’s wrong with…,及回答：I/They/He/She have/has a…,Youshould/shouldn’t…2. 能听懂、会说、会读take medicine, drink water, have a rest, brush one’s teeth, eat sweets等短语。

教学难点：通过学习Cartoon time，能比较流畅地朗读对话，并能创编对话。

教学过程：一、游戏导入，激趣引新“Magic eyes”在上课伊始若能有效激发学生兴趣，可以大大提高课堂学习效率。

在本课的导入环节，我提出问题“What’s wrong with you?”学生回答过后，老师进行总结，然后呈现“疾病名称”，让孩子们了解这几个单词。

二、提出问题，温故知新通过问题What’s wrong with you?和I have a…复习Unit4的句型。

He/ She usually…因为在5B前几个单元中已经学过动词第三人称单数的一般疑问句，所以在新句型的教学中我用以旧带新的方法，本节课主要是在学生掌握了What does he/she usually do…? He/ She usually…之后，将教学内容进行适当的扩展和延伸，运用到实际生活中，培养学生实际运用语言的能力。

【目标预设】1. 知识目标：a. 学生能听懂、会说、会读词汇live in，a small town，usually，I’m busy，surf the Internet，write an e-mail，well。

b. 学生能听懂、会说、会读句型Does he/ she…? Y es, he/she does. No, he/ she doesn’t. What does he/she usually do…? He/ She usually…。

c. 学生能读懂Part A.。

2. 能力目标：培养学生用英语思维的能力以及语言组织能力。

通过直观的情景创设，让学生学会询问他人或介绍他人的日常生活。

并能让学生意会主语是第三人称单数的一般疑问句和特殊疑问句及其应答简单的语法规则。

3. 情感目标：使学生产生学习英语的兴趣；让学生敢于、乐于开口，积极参与交流。
