申请表填写完毕后，请用Letter纸清晰、完整打印。

签证申请表（无论是本人填写还是他人代填）均须申请人本人签名。

未满18周岁申请人，可由其父母/监护人代签。

申请办理中华人民共和国签证须知第一部分签证种类申请人范围第二部分申请签证时需要准备的材料一、基本申请材料（一）护照：有效期为6个月以上、有空白签证页的护照原件及护照照片资料页复印件1份。

（二）签证申请表及照片：1份《中华人民共和国签证申请表》及1张粘贴在申请表上的近期、正面、彩色（浅色背景）、免冠、护照照片。

（三）合法停留或居留证明（适用于不在国籍国申请签证者）：如您不在国籍国申请签证，您需提供在所在国合法停留、居留、工作、学习的有效证明或有效签证的原件和复印件。

（四）原中国护照或原中国签证（适用于曾有中国国籍，后加入外国国籍者）：如您系首次申请中国签证，须提供原中国护照原件及护照照片资料页复印件；如您曾获中国签证并持新换发的外国护照申请签证，须提供原外国护照照片资料页及曾获得的中国签证复印件（如果新护照所记载的姓名与原护照不一致，还须提供有关官方出具的更改姓名的证明文件）。

二、其它支持性申请材料C字签证外国运输公司出具的担保函或中国境内有关单位出具的邀请函。

D字签证中国公安部签发的外国人永久居留身份确认表原件及复印件。

请注意：持证人入境中国后须在30日内向拟居留地县级以上地方人民政府公安机关出入境管理机构申请办理居留证件。

F字签证中国境内有关单位或个人出具的邀请函件。

该邀请函须包含以下内容：（一）被邀请人个人信息：姓名、性别、出生日期等；（二）被邀请人访问信息：来华事由、抵离日期、访问地点、与邀请单位或邀请人关系、费用来源等；（三）邀请单位或邀请人信息：邀请单位名称或邀请人姓名、联系电话、地址、单位印章、法定代表或邀请人签字等。

G字签证赴目的地国家或地区的已确定日期和座位的联程机（车、船）票。

J1字签证中国外交部新闻司签发的签证通知函及记者所在媒体出具的公函。

申请人应先与中国使领馆新闻处联系，办妥相关手续。
