Attach the handle to the tank by using four screws(44) and four washers (43). Make sure to leave enough space for the storage box. DO NOT screw the screws tight.43442. Attach the storage box to the tank by position-ing the box over the screws and washers from the handle and sliding the box down firmly until it locks into place. If preferred, tighten the screws to squeeze the storage box. Be careful NOT toovertighten.3. EMT connections are not airtight, and a piston that is blown through might not reach the exit end of the conduit run.• Two fishing lines can be vacuumed in at the same time, if desired. When the unit is used for wet pickup, the rising fluid lifts the float valve until it seals against the motor intake. When this happens, the sound of the motor changes to a higher pitch. Unplug the unit, empty the tank, and replace the cover.Dry PickupFor optional dry pickup accessories, refer to “Optional Equipment” at the end of the Parts List.MaintenanceNote: Keep filters clean. Efficiency of this vacuum is largely dependent on the cleanliness of the filters. A clogged filter can cause overheating and damage to the motor. Filters should be removed and cleaned periodi-cally to ensure proper operation. After cleaning, allow filters to dry thoroughly to prevent deterioration.FILTERS AND GASKETS 1. Unplug the unit2. 细胞培养用青霉素-链霉素产品简介:细胞培养用青霉素-链霉素(Penicillin-Streptomycin for Cell Culture)为粉剂,是最常用的细胞培养用抗生素(即通常所谓的双抗)。
在细胞培养液中推荐的青霉素的工作浓度为100U/ml ,链霉素的工作浓度为0.1mg/ml 。
一个包装的细胞培养用青霉素-链霉素可以配制80L 细胞培养液。
保存条件:室温保存。
4ºC 保存可以使用更长时间。
注意事项:开瓶后需防止受潮。
本产品仅限于专业人员的科学研究用,不得用于临床诊断或治疗,不得用于食品或药品,不得存放于普通住宅内。

使用说明:细胞培养用青霉素-链霉素可以参考如下两种方法之一使用:1. 配制细胞培养液时加入细胞培养用青霉素-链霉素,然后再过滤除菌:配制细胞培养液时按照青霉素的工作浓度为100U/ml ,链霉素的工作浓度为0.1mg/ml 进行配制,配制完成后过滤除菌即可使用。
2. 配制青霉素-链霉素溶液(100X)母液,然后再添加到细胞培养液中:按照青霉素的含量为10KU/ml ,链霉素的含量为10mg/ml ,配制青霉素-链霉素溶液(100X)母液。
过滤除菌后即可按照100倍稀释加入到细胞培养液中使用。
配制的母液可以-20ºC 冻存。

路由器和无线路由器虽然普及得很快,大伙用得也很方便,但还是有很多刚接触路由器的朋友,不懂得如何设置路由器,毕竟它不是跟前言:非网管交换机一样,插上即可用。
而厂商一般都配有说明书,有些却不够简明,过于复杂,有些虽然提供了傻瓜化的安装向导,但在设置的定制化方面显然无法体现。
今天,我们就用最浅显易懂的图文并茂的方式表达出来,希望对菜鸟朋友们有点帮助。

另外在频段这一项我们拉下来可以看到有13个数字选择,这里的设置只是你路由的无线信号频段,如果你附近有多台无线路由的话你可以在这里设置使用其它频段来避免一些无线连接上的冲突。
