标准管理程序STANDARD MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE1、目的：规范状态标志的制作、使用，避免混杂、差错和交叉污染的发生。
2、范围:原辅材料库、包装材料库、成品库3、职责：储运部经理：负责监督检查物料、成品状态标志摆放的正确性。
仓库管理员：负责按规定安排物料、成品状态标志的悬挂摆放。
QA：负责监督检查物料、成品状态标志摆放的正确性。
4、内容:4.1、质量状态标志，一般与表示数量的状态标识货位卡合用，放于物料、成品的前面。
、待验状态用黄底黑字待验牌表示，合格状态用绿底黑字合格牌表示，不合格状态用红底黑字不合格牌和红纸黑字不合格状态标签表示，禁止入内用黄底红字“非经批准禁止进入”警示牌表示。
待发状态用绿底黑字待发牌表示。
、对不合格的物料和成品应置于不合格的隔离区内并在每个包装上贴上不合格标签后妥善保存，挂不合格牌。
、退货成品应置于退货的隔离区内妥善保存，挂待验牌标示。
、召回成品应置于不合格的隔离区内妥善保存，挂不合格牌标示。
4.2、数量状态标识有三种，它们分别为货位卡、退库物料卡、取样状态标识。
、物料货位卡标明的内容应有：物料名称、规格、供应商名称、供应商和生产商（如不同）标识的批号、企业内部的物料代码、企业接收时设定的批号、计量单位、包装规格、检验单号、放行日期、有效期至、收入、发出和结存日期、数量（重量）、操作人、来源去向。
、成品货位卡标明的内容应有：成品名称、规格、包装规格、企业内部的产品代码、成品批号、计量单位、检验单号、放行日期、合箱批号及数量、入库、发出和结存日期、数量（重量）、操作人、来源去向。
、退库物料卡标明的内容应有：物料名称、规格、包装形式、供应商名称、供应商和生产商（如不同）标识的批号、企业内部的物料代码、企业接收时设定的批号计量单位、包装规格、数量、退库单位、退库人、退库日期、QA对该物料质量的确认、QA签字。
它一式二份，一份应粘贴于外包装封口上，另外一份放于包装物料的两个包装之间，、生产操作前，还应当核对物料的名称、代码、批号和标识，确保生产所用物料正确且符合要求。
单放：PX，P，PL，PS,GS,GM。
PX是单方的轻触电控机器，最高档的，P一般是机械铁机心，PS一般是最抵挡的塑料机心机器，PL也非常老，也是电控轻触，但是他面板一般有点透明部分，而px一般看不到带，GS也非常抵挡的单方，GM很少，只是用点金属壳的抵挡机器。
收放：TX，RX，T，RL，T A。
RX是收方的轻触电控机器收音是数字，属高档机器，T是机械铁机器比较老，TX是一般带数字收音机，RL非常老，而且是超博的电控机器，但是收音是机械的，T A是非常抵挡的收方收录放：JX，J，J L，J S，EX（只有个EX50,EX3000都是针对日本的纪念）。
J X是收录放的轻触电控机器收音一般是数字，也少的是机械的，但是都不能看到磁带，J是机械铁机心，JS是J的接班，但是只有厚机器，JL也非常老，收音机械，轻触电控，能看到带子。
1980年推出TP-S30。
是世界首台最轻最小专业立体声录音随身听。
1981年推出HS-P1。
从外形看几乎与TP-S30如出一辙，但是取消了录音功能，耳机的型号也发生了变动。
是首台单放随身听。
是爱华成立30周年纪念机型。
1982年推出HS-M2。
外形非常漂亮。
是1982年时的世界最小最轻随身听，虽然从今天的眼光看它仍然是款“板砖机”，外形非常漂亮。
1983年推出HS-P5。
是一款很顶级的机器, 当时世界上最轻最小的磁带随身听，使用两节7号电池。
具有真实且华丽的强大解析力和浑厚有味妙不可言的音色能够轻易打败同时期的所有SONY WALKMA N。
几乎是那时甚至后来的大部分机型所无法比拟的梦幻机型。
1985年推出HS-R8。
其线控跟耳塞是分开设计的。
是世界上第一款使用线控的随身听。
1986年推出HS-UV9。
1.目的控制不合格品,防止误用不合格品,确实做好改善措施,杜绝品质问题的发生。
2.范围：适用于凡判定为不合格的原材料、半成品与成品以及客退品的控制。
3.权责4.定义4.1不合格品：经过检验判定的不符合公司顾客要求和规范的原物料、配件、半成品和成品。
4.2待处理品：检验状态不明或待决定的物品。
4.3特采品：1、制程特采品，在不影响产品最终品质（外观和功能）情况下准予让步接受。
2、最终特采品，在不影响产品使用功能特性条件下，准予让步接受。
4.4返工：对不合格品采取措施，以便其满足规定要求。
4.5返修：对不合格品采取措施，以达到预期的使用目的。
5.作业内容5.1流程图（见附件一）5.2不合格品的判定、标识、隔离。
5.2.1品管部IQC、QA负责对来料、最终检验和测试中不合格品进行判定并对判定出来的不良品用“标识卡”进行标识。
（红色的检验拒收章）5.2.2各生产部门对生产中产生的不合格品用标有“不良品“字样的红色胶框标识,并将所有不合格品进行隔离以防止生产中误用。
5.2.3不合格品的标识：红色的检验拒收章。
参见《生产和服务运作程序》执行。
5.3不合格品的评审5.3.1在检验过程中检出之不合格品：a.制程中/部门转序的不合格品，由品质付组长/组长评审，（必要时主管评审）。
b.来料的不合格品由IQC评审。
最终不合格品，由QA评审。
5.3.2评审的结果有：返工、返修、特采、退货、挑选、报废等几种状态。
5.4评审后不合格品的处理5.4.1来料物品不合格的处理参见《来料检验程序》。
5.4.2配件半成品、仓储品、成品的不合格处理：对制程检验或最终检验出现不合格品时，参见《纠正与预防措施程序》执行；若配件半成品中需要返工、返修时，由车间组长提出，并通知不合格品部门返工、返修，成品则由QA提出并通知相关部门。
5.4.2.1返修：本部门能返修合格的，由本部门必须在该批订单完成前返修完，本部门不能返修合格的，由负责物料的副组长填写《返修记录表》交至返修部门返修，并跟进。
