项目分值要求演讲内容50脱稿演讲，声音洪亮，语言语调漂亮，演讲内容紧扣主题，主题鲜明、深刻，格调积极向上，语言自然流畅，富有真情实感。
情景交流50内容充实完整，能就主题发挥；应答敏捷，答案明确；语言丰富，用语准确。
展示用英语展示自我带动学习气氛张扬个性自我思维立于学习引导学习深挖潜力，创造新锐English SpeechContest>>评分采用100分制（命题演讲、情景交流各50分），选手比赛结束后，评委当场打分去掉一个最高分，去掉一个最低分，取其他分数的平均分（计小数点后1位）。
