The difficulty lies in using different verb forms (do/does)in different situation as well as remembering the words.Third, here is my way of teaching and how to learn the lesson. Pictures will help to teach new words as well as create new situations, in which the class can be organized with tasks concerned with jobs. The students will learn the new words through imitating, repeating, practising and using them in different tasks. They cooperate with classmates to communicate about jobs. In this way, they get familiar with the sentence pattern.Fourthly, the teaching steps are as follows:Step 1. Free talk and leading- in1.Free talk about family members, friends and so on.2.Talk about jobs: teacher, student. For example: I am a teacher. What do I do? I am ateacher. I teach in Guyuan Middle School. What do you do? I am a student. I study inGuyuan Middle School.Purpose: To review words concerned with jobs and introduce the new sentence pattern.Step 2. Where does he work?4.Practice with pictures, using the new drill pattern.Purpose: To inspire students’interest in new words with pictures and improve their confidence in learning new knowledge through repeating.Step 3.
