Up to two wires of same size and type, or two crimped terminals can be inserted into a single terminal.(6) Do not wire the terminals which are not used.(7) Allow as much space as possible between the controller and devices that generate a powerful high- frequency or surge. Separate the high-voltage or large-current power lines from other lines, and avoid parallel or common wiring with the power lines when you are wiring to the terminals.(8) Use this product within the rated load and power supply.(9) Make sure that the rated voltage is attained within two seconds of turning ON the power using a switch or relay contact. If the voltage is applied gradually, the power may not be reset or output malfunctions may occur.(10) Make sure that the Controller has 30 minutes or more to warm up after turning ON the power before starting actual control operations to ensure the correct temperature display. (11) A switch or circuit breaker should be provided close to this unit. The switch or circuit breaker should be within easy reach of the operator, and must be marked as a disconnecting means for this unit.(12) Do not use paint thinner or similar chemical to clean with. Use standard grade alcohol.(13) Design system (control panel, etc) considering the 2 second of delay that the controller’s output to be set after power ON.(14) The output may turn OFF when shifting to certain levels. Take this into consideration when performing control.(15) The number of non-volatile memory write operations is limited.Precautions for Safe Use A malfunction in the Temperature Controller may occasionally make control operations impossible or prevent alarm outputs, resulting in property damage. 一. 新產品導入1). MSL 新產品由台灣轉移到大陸的流程PMM RD MIC PMP MIC 工廠MSL PMP MSL 工廠2). 新產品導入須知:1.產品設計: a. OEM MODEL: 客戶設計, MIC 生產,由MIC R D准備好后通知MSL PMP轉移大陸. 例如: 2C00, 1C00 產品b. ODM MODEL: MIC RD設計,品牌為客戶名: 如: 15VX, PASSAT, HP機種,SUN機種c. MIC RD 設計,品牌為MITAC.2.PMP 召集相關部門: P/L. IE, ME, PE, PQE ,MC, PC 等相關部門開KICK OFF 會議,將新機種介紹給各部門,計劃出何時試產.3.PMP 問台灣方面要樣品,資料,並轉交到各相關部們.4.BOM 由PMP 追蹤及與台灣對比,當有問題時PMP將更改MSL BOM,使兩邊一致.5.試產前,PMP召開試產前准備會議定出具体試產安排,及其每部們責認.6.臨近試產前IE ,PE要召集生產線人員培訓,用樣品一一對生產線人員講解每部件名稱及組裝方式,或測試方式.(注: 測試內容及操作部驟由PE培訓)7.試產前IE需提供一份最新及最正確的BOM給生產線及相關單位.8.試產前IE要將MPI交於生產線,如非正式發行,需有試產章.9.生產線試產前應由工程主導生,生產線(包過PI)領班協助幫忙試組工程樣品確認是否缺料,是否有影響生產問題點.10.試產前材料需由工程(IE,PE)先確認是否正確,樣數是否齊全.11.試產時各工程人員(IE,ME,PQE,PE,PMP)都應在生產線時才開始.12.IE, ME 在試產期間需每天發試產報告.(塑膠廠,沖壓廠由ME發)13.試產完后,生產線及相關部們將試產問題點集中到PMP處,並由PMP主導召開試產檢討會議.定出解決問題的負責人及日期14.問題解決后由PQE發出可量產通知.3). 新產品導入時領班后補所作工作1.了解產品名及試產日期,客戶2.了解產品生產流程,測試項目,測試設備3.了解此產品所用材料,及每部件名稱.4.跟隨工程人員一起組裝工程樣品,並了解所發問題解決方案.5.試產前對試產材料: 料號,數量6.試產前將MPI,材料都准備到線上,並將材料根據MPI一站一站放好.7.要組織作業員聽IE,PE的培訓.8.試產時要通知各相關工程人員到現場.9.試產時要隨時記錄所發生的問題,並請工程人員解決.10.試產完后統計出不良狀況,並對於作業所發生的問題點作出改善措施,11.對於工程問題了解解決方案.二. CONTROL RUN1).CONTROL RUN 流程1.PE/采購P/LPMP2.采購或PE提出CONTROL RUN 需求,並通知PMP, PMP 召集相關人員召開3.CONTROL RUN 會議,會議上定出RUN 的數量日期,做法,並填寫CONTROL RUN SHEET,在此單上IE需注明做何種標記,由生產線根據會議記錄執行,試完后由4.PMP召集開此材料試產檢討會議,定出是否量產.2) COTROL RUN 原因1.COST DOWN ----降低成本2.ND SOURCE ----尋找第二廠商3.解決問題更換材料.3) CONTROL RUN 時所作工作1.了解試產機種日期,試產目的,及何種材料;2.了解試產要求及控制標示;3.清點試產物料,並通知在線作業員試產,做什麼標記;.4.通知相關工程師到場,試產;5.記錄試產問題點,並及時通知工程師解決;6.將CONTROL RUNT的產品集中放入某一區域,並通知PMP可送技服測試.。
