没有一个明确合理的计划，那么我们很容易会对没有完成的任务产生厌倦的心理，从而使我

思。打个比方，每天晚自习上课之前，五点25左右，我们完全可以坐下来，拿出记作业本开
始列出今天晚自习的学习计划：比如??其中最关键的环节是时间限制，预计在多长时间内可
以完成就大胆在计划中列出来，如果提前完成了当然可以将计划整体向前推进；如果某一项
或某几项任务没有在规定时间内完成，也不要拖延计划。时间到了就立即停止，未完成的等
待空余时间再完成。这样每天的训练对我们提升自我管理能力，提高学习效率非常有帮助。
