金文毕干酪是著名干酪之一,以牛奶制造,属 软干酪,由法国农妇“Mme Harel”在1790年 创制,现在集中在法国的Vimoutiers及 Livarot制造生产。品质上乘的金文毕干酪外 团带白垩及斑点,质感坚实,带少许香草或蘑 菇气味,多作小食、涂抹面包或餐后品尝。

是法国著名干酪之一。在1411年,由皇室规定,只有在 “Causses” 区内山穴制成的才可称为罗福干酪。每个罗福 干酪约重2.5 千克,呈鼓状,包裹在金属纸内。罗福干酪颜 色淡白,内带蓝绿色纹理(青霉菌) ,气味香浓带咸,味道微 妙复杂,多用于沙律酱汁、馅料或餐后食用。
