美国英语阅读蓝思难度分级简介：蓝思（Lexile）分级是由美国教育科研机构为了提高美国学生的阅读能力而研究出的一套衡量学生阅读水平和标识文章难易程度的标准，是衡量阅读能力（Reader Ability）与文章难易度（Text Readability）的科学方法。

蓝思分级阅读测评体系在线测试先来说明白一个可能有的误区——「为了学英语，我看看美剧吧!」【除了极少数代表性美剧之外】，「为了学英语」而看美剧，和「为了学知识」而玩儿游戏是一样傻的。

听歌学英语也是一样。

像这种事情，永远只能是：看美剧/听英文歌，顺便学点英语。

玩儿游戏，顺便学点知识。

如果真的要看美剧学英语，我个人只推荐两部——《Friends》(老友记)，《Desperate Housewives》(绝望的主妇)。

为什么不建议看美剧学英语?【1】剧情丰富，太容易走神。

看着看着你就忘了你是来学英语的了。

【2】语言的使用场景。

你想啊，你学英语肯定先从日常和辅助学习的角度，如果你直接看《纸牌屋》来学，那学到的都是啥?一堆政治词汇。

更可怕的是，口语表达是输出，但是没有听力的输入，很难进行。

所以首先听就很难听懂，其次说出来的也用不上，那多别扭是不是?其他类型的也是，很难找到非常生活化，使用频率很高的。

之所以推荐老友记和绝望的主妇，是因为它们当中出现的表达，都很贴近生活。

【3】耗时太长。

为什么说耗时长?一集美剧也就几十分钟啊?这是因为，当你把它当做「学习材料」的时候，你不仔细研读，好意思说你在「学习」?听个听力，你是不是得反复听?练口语，你是不是得多说几遍?一个完整的看美剧学英语的流程，至少包括以下几个步骤，注意是至少——只看剧情。

想第一遍就学各种表达的，我佩服你的定力。

当听力来听，关掉中英字幕，能听懂多少听多少。

看着字幕听，把没听懂的弄懂。

口语输出，尽量做到跟读。

因为看美剧学英语，重点锻炼的是【听】和【说】，都是需要多次反复才能获得技能强化的。

误区说完了，那么，怎么练，才能提高听力水平?找合适的听力材料，比如ESL Pod，English Pod。

别听VOA。

练习听力的方法：先听，听不懂的再听。
