他再次当选国家总统，对他来说，他又重新有机会为国家效力，重新有机会复兴他的国家！但是，作为一个中国人，他的当选，我无疑会考虑这对中国的影响！他曾承诺，俄罗斯未来10年的军费开支将是6510亿美元！这比钱对俄罗斯来说是天文数字，但是，很有可能他会利用归还我国失地西伯利亚为诱饵来从我国这里获取经费！并且俄罗斯已经废弃了远东黑龙江流域的多座城市！所以，普京当选，首先出现的问题有可能是关于西伯利亚我国失地的问题！其次，俄罗斯对印度，越南的态度远远要好于中国，卖的武器也比卖给我们的要好，要便宜！而且还不遗余力的宣传中国军事的强大，无疑是做给美国看，给美国遏制中国军事制造更有利的条件！再其次，俄罗斯的强大，必定会有所扩展，不仅仅是在领土上，还包括政治影响力上，而中国也在不断的强大，那么作为邻国，我们之间的矛盾肯定会越来越多，也越来越棘手！
