[方法]使用旋涡振荡萃取的前处理方法提取安息香浸膏挥发性成分,采用GC-MS法分析提取出的挥发性成分。
同时进行卷烟加香评吸试验。
[结果]共分离鉴定出60种挥发性成分,主要有松柏醛、苯甲酸、苄醇、肉桂酸、乙基香兰素、桂酸桂酯、香兰素、肉桂酸甲酯、长叶烯等。
卷烟加香评吸试验结果表明,安息香浸膏可用于卷烟加香,明显增强和改善卷烟的香气和吃味,提升卷烟的吸食品质。
[结论]该研究可为安息香浸膏作为天然香原料在卷烟中的应用提供参考。

烟草中性致香物质的配合力研究陈绍凯;刘洋;丁飞【摘要】为了使混合型卷烟由原来的物理混合向化学混合转变,利用9个烤烟品种(系)及一个白肋烟品种(TN90),按NCⅡ交配设计配制25个杂交组合。
对烟草中性致香物质的配合力进行了分析。
结果表明,烟草中性致香物质的遗传特性主要受基因非加性效应控制。
通过中性致香物质在各亲本材料中一般配合力(GCA)效应的综合表现,Va116、红花大金元是较为理想的亲本;综合中性致香物质在各组合间的特殊配合力(SCA)表现,较理想的组合有NC82×红花大金元、NC2326×TN90、Va116×GDH88和G140×TN90。
