auma matic的结构及其功能说明带auma matic的电动执行器由如下部分组成：执行器基本出力部分auma norm 安装在执行器基本部分上的可编程点机一体化控制单元auma matic 将电机一体化控制单元与电动执行器组合到一起有以下几种优点：与普通的不带控制单元的执行器的布线相比由于大大简化了现场的布线工作量，因此可以节约大量的费用。

由于继电器不是安装在遥远的电气控制柜中，因此在扭矩开关或行程开关被侵压以后电机会立刻停止转动不会产生过长的延时。

可以被轻易而灵活地组合到各种各样的过程控制系统中或者组合到一个标准化的现场总线系统中，例如：profibus-fms，profibus-dp，interbus-s或modbus-rtu。

电机一体化控制单元auma matic由以下几个模块组成：用于控制电机电源的换向接触器。

操作和信号电路板-带有初级熔断器，和用于将现场按扭发出的控制命令传递到电子电路的继电器；应客户的要求还可带上做为任选件的指示灯。

接口板-带有用于隔离内部信号和外部信号之间电位差的光电隔离器，继电器和发光二极管指示灯。

以smd技术设计的路基板-其上装有c-mos场效应管。

它提供了对内部信号和开关信号之间的连接进行编程以及用dip开关设定电机控制的可能性。

连接执行其本身auma norm和电机一体化控制单元auma matic的auma插拔式电气连接器。

为用户接线而提供的auma插拔电气连接器。

带有现场/远程选择器电机控制单元供电用的电源供应单元。

电机一体化控制单元auma matio的模块化设计结构使得对其配置的修改变得非常容易。

在不带一体化控制单元得执行器（auma norm）上的auma插拔式电器连接器与电机一体化控制单元（auma matic）上的电气连接器是完全相同的。

这使得auma电动执行器得升级改型非常容易。

电动机得一体化控制单元auma matic可以被安装在以下型号规格得执行器上：多回转执行器： sa07.1-sa16.1（用于开-闭控制）sam07.1-san16.1（用于调节控制）部分回转执行器：sg05.1-sg12.1 最新开发得纺爆型auma matic可以直接安装到auma norm防爆型执行器sa ex，sam ex或sg ex上，使其改型升级为带电动机一体化控制单元的防爆型电动执行器。

AUMA 基本状况AUMA集团下属GFC、SIPOS、HASELHOFER品牌1999年10月，“电动执行器”部分从西门子AG公司中分离出来，转变为新建在纽伦堡的SIPOS Aktorik GmbH公司。

为保证经营的持续性，毕竟西门子还回顾了100年来的开发、制造和销售电动执行器的经验——而不仅是把书面文件，软件和生产设备接管过来。

所有员工以及他们的专业技术和经验一起调到了SIPOS Aktorik ，因为一个公司只有在具备了良好的团队的情况下才能应对挑战。

1940年，公司创始人Emil Haselhofer开始开发制造高精度设备和齿轮箱。

早在1953年就开始了电动执行器的制造。

在Haselhofer公司加入欧玛集团以前，它一直由Haselhofer家族拥有和领导。

当GFC在1896年以Maschinenfabrik Pekrun为名开始投产时，所有运行平稳有序。

早在1908年，超过600名员工从事生产由公司创始人Hermann Arthur Pekrun开发的球形蜗轮单元。

1927年，职工总数增加到1200名员工。

1949年公司宣布成为国有企业（VEB）。

在此期间，VEB Getriebefabrik发展成为东欧经济区主要的蜗轮制造商。

1991年，AUMA 收购了GFC。

1995年，旧的生产设施被毁掉，取而替之的是新的大楼，1997年全体员工年搬进新办公楼。

1964年在十月十五日Riester KG公司在埃斯林根商业登记处登记注册。

Werner Riester和Rudolf Dinse 开始了第一批执行器的开发。

公司创立之初对产品的定位一定要准确、到位，一直贯穿整个执行过程1973年，多回转执行器、伞齿齿轮箱和直齿齿轮箱就都是在Muellheim制造的。

auma 执行机构调试总结1．设备概述德国auma执行器生产的matic型执行器，主要有两种类型产品，包括调节型和非调节型。

各挡板执行器数量和型号如下：1执行机构特性1．1．1工作温度要求-25℃到80℃。

1．1．2高强度构造及可靠的密封性，所有auma执行器包括马达，均符合IP67 密封要求。

1．1．3特殊研制的马达对于执行机构而言，从全关位置启动执行机构需要特别大的力矩，auma 研制的马达能完成这一特殊需求。

auma研制的马达依据欧盟VDE0530/IEC34标准，启动次数可达1200次/小时，使用耐热线圈，允许155℃的高温，绝缘等级为F级。

在回路中提供了三个温度开关，可保护马达，防止因过负荷操作，或马达失速引起马达线圈温度过高。

当温度超过140℃以上时，温度开关立即切断控制回路。

1．1．4可靠的连接方式马达和执行机构采用插槽式连接环，用户连接马达和控制单元的接线。

提供简易、快捷的交替使用，如可比拟方便地修改接线端子、拆装执行机构时无需撤除内部接线。

1．1．5控制单元采用独立的力矩和行程开关控制单元行程和力矩开关均采用耐腐的金属材料制成。

力矩开关读数和调整比拟方便。

行程开关可采用起子调整，调整比拟方便。

1．1．6可靠的手动装置由于马达切离驱动轴在蜗杆/蜗轮自锁之前，因此在执行机构力矩动作后也可很轻易地将其操作模式由电动切到手动。

〔不象其他国产电动执行器一旦力矩动作就很难进行电动、手动切换。

〕当马达启动后手动/自动切换灵活，不会出现手轮打转现象。

1．2其它附加装置特性1．2．1附加了DUO-极限开关DUO-极限开关有两组附加的计数转轮和相关的开关，能设定在两个阀位末端的任何位置。

1．2．2精密电位器采用高精密度，防震型电位器。

可提供可靠的，线性良好的位置反应信号。

1．2．3在每个执行机构内部加装了防潮电热器。

〔可见即使采用了IP67高密封性标准，马达内部也可能因温差而受潮。

〕2．auma执行机构调试过程2．1通电前线路确认由于auma执行机构在浙江省是第一次使用，加上厂家提供的内部接线图有些错误存在，所以浙江省电力设计院提供的内部接线图错误较多，每一只执行机构在调试前都必须进行详细的回路确认。
