控制器操作说明书2010年12月V 2.1首先感谢贵公司选用我公司的制冷机组产品.同时感谢您认真阅读本操作说明书。
一、 概述本机组使用的是触摸式操作显示屏。
机组的运行状态和全部操作均在屏幕上进行。
屏幕操作是通过已为该机组设置了各相应的屏幕页面及其按钮,您可以按照您的操作要求轻按各有关的按钮进行实际的操作。
屏幕中的按钮是轻触摸式的,请不使用工具或戴手套操作,以免划伤擦毛屏幕。
本控制器中显示的参数单位:压力:Kpa A 绝压温度:℃电流:A液位:%设备在完全正常的情况下,10分钟内对屏幕无任何操作屏幕的灯光会自动关闭,以延长屏幕使用寿命。
任意触摸一下屏幕立即自动点亮。
屏幕中含有设备的常见故障说明,用户可以随时翻阅。
帮助用户及时查找原因排除故障。
温度巡检仪显示的是主电机的各点温度:CH01 前轴承温度CH02 后轴承温度CH03 A绕组温度CH04 B绕组温度CH05 C绕组温度二、 主界面屏幕的操作说明接通电源后屏幕将显示本说明书封面上的图案,触摸该图案一下,屏幕就显示如下:主界面。
此界面中显示了常用的基本运行参数、机组状态和必要的操作按钮,当出现故障、报警时自动弹出信息条并用文字(走马灯形式)显示相应的内容,蓝色信息属报警(机组不停机),红色信息属故障(机组停机,故障复位也不会自动启动)。
触摸“机组启动”按钮,在屏幕上会弹出如下窗条:♦轻按“能量控制手动”按钮,在主界面的右上角能量位置值的下面将出现“+”、“-”按钮,表示机组运行中能量控制由操作人员人为地增载、减载操作。
但当运行参数超过安全保护设定值,电脑仍会自动强制减载甚至故障停机。
♦轻按“能量控制自动”按钮,“+”、“-”按钮将不出现,表示机组运行中能量控制由电脑自动地增载、减载操作。
♦轻按“本地启动”按钮,请注意:这是真正的启动按钮。
机组由电脑按指定的程序自动控制启动、运行、自动能量调节和液位控制。
♦启动过程:电脑首先检查无任何故障,再检查吸气压力应大于‘压缩机启动压力设定值’、‘高压电机柜允许’、‘停机到启动间隔时间到’等;电脑启动油泵,检查能量位置应小于 5%(否则自动减载)、喷油压差应大于150Kpa;释放主机停机信号,1秒钟后发主机启动命令。

◆——移位键/确认键:修改数据时,此键作为移位键;在菜单选择时作为确定键。
C——返回键/复位键:在菜单操作时作为返回键返回上一级菜单;故障停机时,按此键复位。
2、状态显示与操作机组通电后显示如下界面:5秒后显示以下主界面:按“▼”进入以下菜单选择界面:a、运行参数查看按“▲”或“▼”移动黑色滚动条到“运行参数”菜单后,按确认键“◆”后弹出下一级菜单:再按“◆”弹出如为最后一级菜单,界面不会出现黑色滚动条,按返回键“C”返回上级菜单或主界面。
如在某一界面停止操作,数秒钟后自动返回主界面。
用“▲”、“▼”移动键、确认键“S”和返回键“C”根据上述方法可完全观察到运行时间、本次运行时间、维护参数、历史故障、出厂日期、现场故障等运行参数并返回到上级菜单。
b、用户参数1)、参数修改方法══在运行状态和停机延时过程中不能修改用户参数和厂家参数══用前述运行参数查看的方法可查看和修改用户参数,如修改压力上限,操作方法如下:按“▲”或“▼”移动黑色滚动条到“用户参数”项后按确定键“◆”弹出再按确定键“◆”弹出如不继续按确定键“◆”即可查看用户参数。

运行手册概述全自动冷库控制器(以下简称控制器)作为冰山嘉德公司因应当今信息化大潮提出的透明冷库概念的一部分,具有网络通信和远程控制功能。
该控制器可根据冷库运行状况实行对冷库的相关设备进行自动控制。
除此之外,它可以经过通信网络将冷库运行的工作状态及相关数据送往上位机,以便进行远程监控。
本手册是控制器的使用及操作说明,在手册中详细的说明了控制器的使用场合、功能用途、外部接线方式、参数设定方法、具体操作步骤、按钮功能说明、故障信息解释等内容。
使用控制器前,用户务必先详细阅读并了解本手册的内容。
一、工作原理全自动冷库控制器是一种利用微处理器数字控制技术对冷库进行全自动控制的装置。
它实时地对回风及出风温度进行跟踪采样,对冷库冷设备的工作状态进行检测,并按照设定的控制参数和控制逻辑对冷库设备(风机、加热器、供液、冲霜)进行控制。
全自动冷库控制器由两部分组成:GC1719-LCS控制单元和CAM1-LCS操作显示单元。

三、使用方法
1. 使用环境准备:
(1)请确保工作环境符合产品要求,温度、湿度、气压等环境参数均在允许范围内。
(2)请确保电源电压与电机额定电压相匹配,不得超过额定电压。
2. 电源连接:
(1)将电源线的插头插入对应的插座中,并确保插头与插座连接牢固。
(2)检查电源线是否损坏或接触不良,若发现问题请及时更换或修复。
3. 开关操作:
(1)将电机的电源开关置于“关闭”位置。
剑杆织机电控箱(v1.0)操作使用说明书(无锡龙力机械)该剑杆织机电控箱,主要由PLC、传感器、继电器、按钮、信号灯等组成。
控制箱采用先进的高可靠性的OMRON PLC为控制核心,PLC是在工业中广泛采用的自动化电控产品,PLC强大的抗干扰能力,大大提高织机工作的稳定性和可靠性,为织机高效率提供了有力保障。
1、驱动能力储纬器45V AC 50W离合器24VDC,60VDC制动器24VDC,150VDC三色灯24VDC 3*5W电磁阀24VDC,220V AC2、工作环境电源电压AC 380V±5%50HZ环境温度-10---45°C环境湿度10----90%RH(不能凝结露水)1、把电控箱与织机连接好,拧上航空插头。
2、接上380V三相交流电源,注意保护接地线必须与电控箱外壳可靠连接。
1、主电机、电磁离合器、寻纬电机、储纬器线是否连接良好。
2、放纬电磁铁、抬纬器的电源线是否接好。
3、三色灯、纬纱传感器、接近开关接插件是否连接良好。
4、各按钮、钮子开关是否良好,位置是否正确。
1、断纬停车:黄色信号灯亮,织机定位停车,自动倒纬(倒纬数由程式定)。
2、断经停车:红色信号灯亮,织机定位停车。
(是否倒纬有程式定)3、正常停车:织机定位停,自动倒纬数与断经停车相同。
4、寻纬:分自动寻纬与手动寻纬,寻纬电机具有延时保护。
程式设定:按住停车按钮,拨动程式开关即可选择所需寻纬程式。
程式查看:拨动程式开关并保持,红灯闪烁次数即为所选程式。
5、接近开关:当接近开关安装不到位或者损坏,织机将自动停车,同时黄灯红灯闪烁。
1、合上电箱空气开关。
2、启动主电机,绿色信号灯亮,检查电机转向(顺时针)。
3、打开多臂罩壳,装入纹板纸。
4、按动点车按钮数下,查看织机有无异常。
5、合上电箱内试车钮子开关,启动织机。
6、关掉试车钮子开关,检查停车位置,调试停车位置,调整定位停车接近开关,使织机停在310-320°左右。

2.与遥控器的配对
保持按下没有学习过的遥控器的“P”键,接通控制器的电源。
5秒后控制器上的蜂鸣器发出BI---BI---的叫声,表示控制器处于学习模式。
如果遥控器之前有学习,则控制器通电进入正常工作后,长按遥控器的“P”键5秒以上,控制器上的蜂鸣器发出BI---BI---的叫声,表示控制器处于学习模式。
在学习模式下,按下需要对码的遥控器的上行键,控制器上的蜂鸣器会短叫3次以示学习成功。
如10秒无学习,控制器退出学习模式。
如果控制时发现实际运行的方向与预期的方向相反,可通过长按遥控器的“P”键5秒以上,当控制器上的蜂鸣器发出BI---BI---的叫声后,按下遥控器的下行键,控制器上的蜂鸣器短叫3次,即可实现上行和下行方向的切换。
3.清除控制器的所有信息
控制器通电进入正常工作后,长按学习过的遥控器停止键,8秒以后遥控器的指示灯停止工作2秒,然后开始快速闪烁,继续等待5秒以上,控制器上的蜂鸣器短叫3声,表示控制器之前保存的所有信息已被清除。
