We have a very beautiful planet--Earth, we live on the Earth and it is our home. To protect the
Earth is to protect ourselves.
Every day, we take important things from our Earth, like water, trees or oil. Our factories(工厂) and cars make the air, water and land dirty.
There is no doubt that there are a lot of things we can do to save our earth. First，we can
plant many trees to fresh the air. The next，we should pick up rubbish from the ground and we
should not throw rubbish everywhere. Finally, we should reduce the amount(数量) of rubbish,
such as recycling batteries(电池)，buying things that are necessary(必要的) for us and so on.
All in all, we should“reduce，reuse，recycle and respond”. Only in this way can we save our
earth well.

Unit7 Protect the Earth
单元分析
1． 地球是人类共同的家园，她给人类提供生存的空间和资源，使人类在这里生息繁衍。现如今全球面临资源短缺、环境污染、生态破坏这三大危机，作为地球公民，师生有责任就“保护地球”这一话题进行探讨。教师在教学过程中要紧密联系生活实际，引导学生热爱地球、保护地球。
2． 本单元围绕话题“保护地球”，主要学习句型We use water/ plastic/ wood/ …to…的用法，并运用句型We should/ We should not…为保护地球提供具体的建议。
3． 在教学过程中，教师要善于抓住学生的兴趣点，充分利用多媒体、实物、简笔画、照片等媒介，加上生动的语言和形象的体态语，使语言点的训练密切联系生活，使学生们爱说乐说。
