宾语从句是一种名词性从句，用于在一个主句后面充当宾语。宾语从句有三种类型：

1.当宾语从句是一个陈述句时，用that连接。例如，XXX擅长漫画，他不擅长运动。他说XXX擅长漫画，他说他不擅长运动。在这两个句子中，that可以省略，因为它本身没有意义，不是宾语从句中的任何成分。

2.当宾语从句是一个一般疑问句时，用whether/if连接。例如，XXX到了吗？他问我高老师是否已经到了。

3.当宾语从句是一个特殊疑问句时，连接词是when，句子的语序要用陈述句语序。例如，你什么时候出发？我不知道你什么时候出发。

宾语从句的否定转移是指当主句的谓语动词是think、believe、suppose等，而主句的主语又是第一人称时，后接宾语从句的否定词要前移到主句的谓语中。例如，他认为他不会和你一起来。他不认为他会和你一起来。

在使用宾语从句时需要注意以下几点：

1.主句与从句的时态要一致。当主句是现在时态时，从句的时态可以根据实际情况而定。例如，我记得他昨天给了我一本书。我告诉他我要去上海。当主句是过去时态时，从句的时态要用过去时态。例如，他告诉我他将参加跳高比赛。他想知道我是否拿了他的钱包。
