2．be+adj.+ enough + to do sth.．用来表示一个人的个性和能力。

如：He is old enough to go to schoo1．

1．Would rather do sth．Than (do) sth．用来表示“比起„„，更想做„„”。

如：Kitty would rather watch TV than go shopping．

2. prefer (doing) sth．to (doing) sth．表示“喜欢(做)„„胜过喜欢(做)„„”。

如：Amy prefers singing to dancing．

I prefer summer to winter．

3．不定代词的用法：

someone／somebody，anyone／anybody，anyone／nobody是指代人的不定代词；something，

anything，nothing，none是指代物的不定代词。其中someone／somebody，something一般用于肯定句；anyone，anybody，anything用于疑问句或否定句；no one，nobody，nothing，none用于否定句。

注意：(1) 不定代词在使用时，语法上相当于单数。

(2) 形容词放在不定代词之后。

(3) 在问话人认为对方确定需要某物或要做某事而希望得到肯定答复时，在问句中用something。
