浅谈《牛津高中英语》词汇教学的点滴体会《牛津高中英语》是我们湖南省从2007年起高中所使用的新版英语教材，它以模块推进的方式组织教学。

《牛津高中英语》分必修模块(1—5)和选修模块(6～11)。

同时每个单元内容的编排也与以往的教材大不相同，它是由welcome to the trait、reading、word power、grammar and usage、task、project和self-assessment 七个板块组成。

从整体结构上看，它具有以下鲜明的特点：功能板块多，设计科学，题材广泛，选材新颖，体现外语教学新理念，提倡在“做”中学英语，注重“双基”锻炼，更注重能力培养；评价理念新，强调过程性评价和综合性评价；将新课程与社会发展、科技进步及学生生活紧密结合，具有很强的时代性和现实性。

正因为这些特点，旧的教学方法在某些地方已经不能很好地阐释新的教学内容，这就对我们的教学以及我们的学生都提出了全新的要求和任务。

新英语课程标准规定学生在高中阶段可以逐级申请参加七至九级之间各级别的考试，而九级要求掌握的单词是4500个左右，还有一定数量的习惯用语或固定搭配。

《牛津高中英语》词汇量较大，除了词汇表上出现的生词，每个单元还有专门涉及词汇的word power板块，总的说来，每个单元中出现的词汇达到了近百个，而且其中很多都是要求“四会”的重要单词。

这使得我们的词汇教学面临着更大的压力和挑战。

我们必须运用科学的方法，合理地、系统地进行词汇教学，使学生更好地掌握和使用单词。

教学方法是决定教学效果的关键之一。

如何提高词汇教学的效率其实是如何改进词汇教学方法的问题。

教师只有采用合理科学的教学方法，充分强化学生的主体意识，使学生能最大限度地参与学习，形成教师为主导，学生为主体的教学，才可以使词汇教学达到“事半功倍”的效果。

下面就说说本人常用的几种词汇教学方法：一、灵活多变。

采用多种方式呈现单词词汇教学的第一步是呈现单词，使学生对单词的音、形、义有初步的认识。

三、教学设计1.总体思路本课的教学设计采用：阅读前（导入）、阅读中（略读，寻读，辨别正误，比较 , 分组活动 , 巩固）、阅读后（运用）三部分。

通过听说读写，获取息，处理息。

首先要认真阅读所提供的阅读材料，从中得到启发，然后通过讨论、调查、专访、文献检索等活动，完成一个特定课题。

7 Self-assessment ,这是个自我评价的板块。

通过自我评价，对自己这个单元的研究进行自我反思。

因为课本的窜改，我们对教学有了相应的窜改。

1.让活动贯穿于课堂的始终新课本在编排上发生了很大变化。

前两次英语课本都是“结构式”的，而此次变成了“板块式”，体现了学生活动的需求。

因此我们从一开始，就要重视造就学生开口说的能力，鼓励他们大胆地开口说，形式多样，贯穿于课堂的始终。

比如每节课的Welcome to the unit可以让学生自由选择他们喜欢的有话可说的话题，进行课前一分钟演讲；也可以就上节课的话题或内容进行Freetalk，等等……新授部分要尽可能多创设情景，展开活动，才干更好地体现“学中用，用中学”。
