若仍然出现报警,则通知相关部门进行维修。
注: 所有手链插孔的要求请依据下图所示:通用ESD手腕带接地孔 ESD自动报警手腕带接地孔5.4ESD桌面对地电阻测试:a、将兆欧表的一极接连至接地点,另一极放在工作台面;b、待读数稳定后读出对地电阻值并记录;5.5静电地板对地电阻测试a、将兆欧表的测试接触器一端放在需测试地板的表面.另一端夹在接地插座上, 将仪器测试档拔到SURFACE TEST-100V 档, 按下TEST 测试键. 3.5>彩煌三厂公司在亚南电子里静电主线是南亚共用的,标准也大多相同只是SMT特点做相应的修改3.6>静电皮点每月一次,点检测试阻值显示应小于106--1011Ω1. 检测时万用表必须按检测要求进行档位设置,万用表笔必须与检测点进行紧密接触。
2. 必须在〈静电线检测记录表〉内如实填写所检测的数据。
3. 检测时发现异常时必须立即通知上级管理员进行确认。
3. 静电线主线连接到各生产线静电线回路通断检测3.1>将数显多功能万用表检测档位设置于测试电阻阻值的200Ω档位。
3.2>将数显多功能万用表红表笔与静电线主线牵出的测试线接触,黑表笔与静电线主线连接 的支路上所有生产线路静电线回路检测点分别接触。
3.3>确认万用表所检测的两点间测试阻值分别应小于5Ω,反之静电线主线所连接到相应生产线的静电3.4>将万用表检测状况填写于〈静电线检测记录表〉内,当检测阻值大于5Ω时,必须立即通知上级2.1>将数显多功能万用表检测档位设置于测试电阻阻值的2k Ω档位。
2.2>将万用表红表笔与静电线主线《绿线和黄线》分别接触,黑表笔与设备接地线检测点接触。
2.3>确认万用表所检测的两点间测试阻值显示应小于R<10-120Ω,反之静电线主线所连接 到生产线的所有支路静电线与设备接地线部份有短路现象。
2.4>将万用表检测的是否OK填写于〈静电线检测记录表〉内,当检测阻值R<10-120Ω时,必须立即 通知上级管理员进行联络ESD担当进行维修。
1.1>将数显多功能万用表检测档位设置于测试电阻阻值的200Ω档位。
1.2>将万用表红表笔与静电线主线分别接触绿线和黄线,黑表笔与ESD主接地点牵引出的测试线接触。
1.3>确认万用表所检测的两点间《绿线和黄线》测试阻值显示应小于1Ω,反之静电线主线断。
1.目的:建立公司内部各项静电防护项目的测试规范,统一防静电测试方法与判定标准。
2.范围:适用于本公司静电防护项目的检测,如:接地系统、防静电地板(地垫)、防静电工作台(桌垫)、周转箱、包装袋、防静电手环、人体静电防护用品、离子风机、烙铁等辅助工具。
3.内容:3.1静电手环:3.1.1测试仪器:静电手环测试仪3.1.2测试方法:图1-1 静电手环测试示意图 3.1.2.1来料检验时进行抽样测试,并记录于《静电手环测试记录表》。
3.1.2.2静电手环由IQC 进行抽样测试。
3.1.2.3必须将腕带扣反面金属接触到手腕时,才能进行测试。
3.1.2.4测试时,腕带扣住一只手,另一端香蕉头插入测试器上的测试端子。
3.1.2.5测试者用手指按下导通器上金属键,看导通器上灯号显示,如图1-1:① 绿灯GOOD 亮-OK ,且BUZZER 长鸣。
② 黄灯LOW 、红灯HIGH 亮-失败,BUZZER 无声(需更换腕带或腕带线再测试)。
3.1.2.6且于测试中增加摆动手腕的动作,以确认是否有接触不良。
3.1.2.7测试中若发生有两个灯号同时亮时(绿、黄灯亮或绿、红灯亮),应更换新品或其他良品腕带(腕带或腕带线)再测。
(a )若灯号显示正常,则确认腕带部份不良应更换。
(b )若灯号依然显示两个灯亮,或者时好时坏,判定可能测试器为不良品,应立即通知组长处理,将该测试器重新校验或送修。
3.1.3测量频率:来料检验(抽样)3.1.4记录表单:《静电手环测试记录表》QC-BD-074静电手环测试仪黄灯、红灯亮NG 绿灯亮OK3.2人体综合电阻测量:3.2.1测试仪器:人体综合电阻测试仪3.2.2操作方法:3.2.2.1作业员需标准着装(静电帽、静电衣、静电鞋、静电手环等)(如图1-2)后,站立于人体综合测试仪上。
说明:头发压入防静电帽中;静电衣袖子不允许挽起;穿静电鞋时,光脚或穿纯棉袜,保证导通性。
如果工作岗位要戴防静电手套或者手指套的,也需穿戴完整。

4.2.1.静电衣表面电阻测试时,用表面电阻测试仪一只夹子夹住静电衣一袖内壁,另一只夹 子夹接至同一袖外壁,按下测试仪,待仪表稳定后,读取测量数值;再分别依法测试两前胸 ﹑一口袋﹑一衣袖;测量如图所示:

一般要求表面电阻为:1*105Ω≤Rp≤1*109Ω 4.9.传送带的测量: 4.9.1.传送带表面电阻的测量:表面电阻测试仪放置到传送带表面上按下测试仪,或用表面电 阻测试仪两只夹子分别夹于传送带不同位置,待仪表稳定后读数;至少测试 3 个不同位置的 值,如下图左所示:

用万用表一表笔接触烙铁头,另一表笔接地,量测其电压,其电压范围为:U≤20V
4.12.静电刷子、清洁布等辅助工具的静电电压测量: 将辅助工具摩擦后,再用静电测试仪测量其静电电压,如图所示:
辅助工具静电电压范围为:U≤200V 4.13. 能产生静电之材料表面静电压的测试:(试验参考) 先用塑料摩擦一下被测试物体,将静电测试仪对准待测试材料,读取数值,小于 150V 表示 合格,若读取数值无法降至 150V 以下时,表示不合格,需及时做出改善动作,改善 OK 后 再次检测。
一般要求 EPA 内所有材料/设备表面的安全静电压小于或等于+\-150V 五、参考文件 5.1. OVALEQR-K-46A《OVALE 静电测试记录表》
