钢管线钢的开发与应用郑磊高珊陈钰珊(宝山钢铁股份有限公司)摘要介绍了宝钢管线钢板卷的开发和应用。
通过对高强度高韧性管线钢、具有抗HIC性能管线钢和大口径输气管线用厚规格的针状铁素体X70管线钢的研究开发,宝钢已形成自己的X系列管线钢的成分和工艺体系。
产品质量稳定,已在西气东输工程、土耳其输气管线工程等国内外重要管线工程中得到成功的应用。

The pipeline steel of high strength and high toughness, the pipeline steel with HIC - resistance, as well as the heavy gauge X70 with acicular ferrite for large diameter ags linepipe have been studied and developed at Baosteel. The Composition and technology system,as well as quality control system for X grade pipeline steel have been gradually established at Baosteel. The quality of the steel is stable. 【摘要】介绍了宝钢CT100高强度连续油管用钢卷的开发及应用.宝钢开发的CT100高强度连续油管用钢卷具有低的硫磷含量、均匀的显微组织、合适的力学性能,钢卷的屈强比低于0.80,且不同部位强度性能差异在50 MPa以内,符合连续油管的制造需求.采用研制的钢卷钢制造的连续油管各项力学性能均满足API Spec 5ST规范对CT100钢级连续油管的要求,且具有优良的抗疲劳性能.

不同微观组织高强度管线钢冲击韧性的研究高珊,郑磊(宝钢股份公司技术中心,上海201900)摘要:采用示波冲击试验方法研究了具有不同微观组织高强度管线钢的夏比冲击性能。
据该试验的位移)载荷曲线,描述了其断裂能量吸收特征、微观组织中脆性相的存在特点,并以此为依据论证了针状铁素体组织管线钢较铁素体珠光体组织管线钢具有更高的止裂能力。
