原因状语从句原因状语从句通常用于说明事情发生的缘由。

常见的原因状语从句的引导词有because, as和since 等。

其中, because语气最强, 用来表示直接的原因, 强调他人未知的事实, 常常以回答why提出的问题。

如：A. Because Jack was sick, he didn’t go to school today.1) I didn’t go because I was afraid.2) ---Why did you come? ---Because I wanted to see you.B. 用as表原因时, 此原因通常为大家所知, 因此着重点在主句所表达的结果, 原因只是作附带说明。

如：As you are ready, we can go at once.You needn’t go to see him today, as you are too busy.C. since表示明摆着的理由, 强调已知的事实。

如：Since you have finished your work, you can take a rest.注意：because, as, since不能与so 出现在同一个句子中。
