我的教育观

父母是孩子的第一任老师，良好的家庭教育对孩子的成长有着至关重要的意义，家庭教育和学校教育对孩子一样重要，甚至决定着他们的发展方向，影响到终生。

现就家庭教育问题，谈谈我的体会：什么样的孩子是优秀的孩子？很难下定义，每个人都有自己的特点，有的擅长逻辑思维，比如善于思考数学问题；有的擅长形象思维，比如善于讲故事，讲起故事来活灵活现；有的孩子外向，善于表达，善于演讲，喜欢表演；有的孩子内向，喜欢有什么事存在心里反复思考，写成文章，或画出图画；有的孩子身体好，体育方面有特长；有的孩子善观察，说话得体，会说话。

不同的孩子，在不同的方面天赋不同，兴趣不同，后期发展也不同，所以表现出来的特点也就不同，但是我们不能说哪些孩子更优秀，因为哪一个方面优秀也是优秀，我们的每一个孩子都是可爱的天使，每一个都是潜在的天才。

所以，我们不敢承认谁的孩子更优秀，也不认为，其他任何一个孩子不优秀，只是优秀的方面可能不同。

孩子不是一块可以随便捏成任何形状的面团，而应该是一盏灯，一盏等待点亮的灯，我们的任务就是发现孩子的亮点，帮他把自己的优点点亮，使每个孩子优秀――更优秀！Parents are the first teachers of children, good family education is of vital significance for the development of children, family education and school education is as important to children, and even decides the development direction of them, affect the life. 现就家庭教育问题，谈谈我的体会：每个孩子的特点不同，虽然我们做家长的都盼望我们的孩子是通才，是全能，各方面都优秀，但我们却不能苛求孩子每个方面都特别拔尖，每个方面都特别优秀，我们应该允许孩子在一些方面做得不够好。

孩子能做好的事情，我们和孩子一起高兴，一起祝贺，一起分享成功的快乐，这个都知道；而当孩子在某些方面做得不好时，埋怨是没有用的，只会使孩子更沮丧，更失落，打击他的自信。

我觉得，我们最好是与孩子一起分析做不好的原因，正确面对与别人的差距，努力去做得更好，努力去提高。

这时候，要多一些鼓励，更要多一些冷静的思考，毕竟我们是大人，我们的认识能力应该帮助孩子及时走出低谷，找到失利的原因，找到解决问题的办法。

现在的社会是竞争的社会，每个人都应该在竞争中不断与别人对比，找到自己的差距，调整自己的行动，不断提高自己，发展自己。

竞争，应该成为孩子成长的动力。

我讲的竞争，是指良性竞争，是指看到别人比自己强，那就下决心比别人更强的那一种竞争。

比如跑步，别人跑得比我快，那么，我下定决心，我经过努力，我会跑得比别人更快，这是一种更好的心态，这是好的竞争；而看到别人跑得比我快，我就想办法，把别人绊倒，别人跑得慢了，不就成了我跑的快了吗？这样就不对了，因为你绊倒别人的时候，常常有更多的别人已经跑到前头去了。

现在的竞争，是很多人的竞争，需要我们有一种良好的心态――成功，我们要庆祝，要高兴，要为更大的成功做准备；失利了，不要沮丧，休息一下，调整状态，以更好的姿态，更大的努力去争取，我们每个人都能成功，每个孩子都能成功。

Competition, should become a child grow up. I speak of the competition, is refers to the benign competition, refers to see others better than yourselves, it is determined that a stronger competition than others.
